I have been to this specific location about 4 times now I believe and each time has been an amazing dinner! The service is great and I don't remember it ever taking more than 15-20 minutes to seat a family of five, if even that long or that many people. Most recently I was in a party of 3 and we were seated instantly basically. The servers are great and nice, though 2 times they did seem a little forgetful to grab a couple more role baskets. But I can forgive that after the amazing food. I would recommend anyone, especially if a group larger than 2 but a date is still an amazing option if you like a little fun energetic environment for it
We were seated a lot quicker than the estimated wait time, which was a plus. I ordered the half rack of ribs, which was as always fall-off-the-bone perfection! The loaded baked potato was awesome, but the mac and cheese was not up to par this time (very dry). Still my favorite place for ribs!
The food was good, the brisket was a little dry on the tacos. Everything else was excellent! I want to give a special shout out to Kari, our waitress, she was phenomenal! She was prompt, friendly, and took care of all of our needs without us having to ask! We will definitely be going back!
Our waitress, Olivia was so sweet & good at her job. She was patient & answered questions since I had a very picky little one with me. And the food was amazing. The place was clean & it wasn't too packed.
We waited for over 2 hours tonight to get seated for dinner. We reserved our spot on the website and waited about 40 minutes at home before even arriving at the restaurant. We didn’t get seated until after 7:30 this evening. The couple of girls who were taking the reservations were super rude. The food was good, but is it worth two hours of waiting for? Probably not. The staff seems to be unaware of their surroundings. There is not much room in between tables and often times they are blocking the aisle while you are trying to pass. This is even more difficult when you have a baby carrier or walker or maybe even a super large purse. Some girl brought out a salad with a dressing that no one ordered and the food runner was rude and acted so annoyed that no one at our table ordered that. The server, Jozia, was the only thing saving the review from getting a 1 star. He was excellent and very nice. He was attentive and polite, one of the only good employees that we encountered. There was a nice girl who brought us a sling for our baby seat and one who removed the leaf from the table. We probably won’t come back for a while as the place seems to be going downhill.

We did call ahead seating, we got to a table in 5 minutes. Kyle greeted us promptly and our drinks came right away. Our meal was yummy! We both had Prime Rib, which was cooked perfectly.Kyle checked on usfor more ice tea, asking how our meal was. The entire dining experience was a pleasure.?
Great place to stop in for dinner or possibly lunch. We arrived early evening around 5pm and there was an hour wait time. Don't let this discourage you as the food here is well worth the extra wait time. If you know you're going a few days in advance then I would suggest placing a reservation as early as possible. As the case with most Texas Roadhouse restaurants the meat cutting station is up front to be seen. I'm a steak and potato person so I do appreciate this. I've worked grills in restaurants so I know how I like my steak cooked and they do a great job here every time. Nikki was our server on this occasion and her speed and accuracy made the trip a good one alone. The staff here are very friendly and courteous and help each other a lot. Food came in great time and was hot and fresh. We never ran out of dinner rolls and our drinks were filled. The bathrooms here are very clean and presentable. An all around great dining experience.
