I hadn't eaten all day so I thought I might as well get a large teriyaki bowl with fried rice. Turns out the large bowl can comfortably feed 2 people, I couldn't finish the fried rice or even touch the vegetables. The food is good and a normal sized bowl would be a good meal. Adding things like fried rice, an egg roll and drink, and upsizing the bowl adds up in price, but even then it's reasonable for what you're getting. The fried rice has big chunks of egg, which is nice.
These guys are great! Everytime we order, whether it's for pickup or dine in, the service is great. Food is always perfect, service is friendly and the orders are always correct, I could not ask for more, Thank you!
Not the best quality. The chicken was 100% chicken breast but it was dry not tender kinda of like el pollo loco’s tostada bowl.The idea is to cook the chicken as gently as possible, below a simmer. Cook for 20 minutes. But I guess you can’t do that in fast food.Big Island Hawaii BBQ only uses chicken thigh so less quality.Anyways for $11.20 it’s expensive and I was still hungry after.
Great, friendly service and food that is delicious and nutritious. Everything tastes fresh. It's worth going out of your way for.

Food came super fast!!! And the food is super good, the terryaki sauce is amazing :) would eat here again
I really like that the teriyaki sause is gluten free. I noticed after I ordered that they have an all veggie (no rice) option. I'm going to try that next time.
We thought we would give them a try, and were very disappointed. We both had the chicken breast and it was dry plain chicken. There is almost no flavor beyond the teriyaki sauce they give you on the side. We will not be going back.
Veggies seemed on the verge of bad but overall the food was decent. The sauce is definitely the saving grace.
Awful slow service. Rude young woman at front counter that mumbled. I ordered two large bowls and received one. Spicy chicken that was over-cooked and had awful consistency. Your food and service quality and speed can not compare to Tokyo Joe’s. Not even close!
