I'm glad I listened to the reviews on this place. 5 star across the board. Everything my husband and I ate here was absolutely delicious! I would have to agree with the reviews that say best sushi spot in East valley. We have been trying to find a spot near us that we love, and I think we found it. Thank you!

Went to Temari for a casual date night and ended up having an amazing dining experience. It was probably some of the best sushi I have had. The PRIMO was such a unique roll with so much packed in flavor. I was tempted to order another! The TOOTSIE roll was also delicious for those who love unagi (eel) like me! The price was great as well. We will definitely be coming back again...and again... and maybe even again if we have time.

It's all about the rolls here. An imaginative sushi chef with a menu the size of a Tolstoy novel are all you need in this six-table establishment. I've been coming here when I'm in town for seventeen years, and it's always a highlight of our time in Phoenix.A traditionalist may scoff at the menu as Japanese food is often merely high-quality ingredients treated well and simply, but Saki puts the "chef" in sushi chef, giving a variety of flavors and sauces in combinations that are wonderful and occasionally downright adventurous. See the "Temari Ball" which is spicy tuna sculpted into a perfect sphere of avocado with a sweet sauce spiraled within a wasabi sauce and sprinkled with candied fish flakes. This is not you usual strip mall fare.

Best sushi in AZ, the primo roll is probably the decadent roll in any state and I’d recommend balancing it out with a zorro role. Can’t recommend this place enough for raw seafood eats. Have been coming here for 13 years and counting

Best sushi in the area. We loved going here because of the food and the staff are great. Sit at the sushi bar and visit with the owner while he prepares your food. Great time.

There's a reason this place has a line 10 parties deep before they open. Best sushi on the east side hands down. Only a handful of tables but worth it when you get in. Tons of roll, sushi options, full lunch and dinner menus.

One of the worst sushi experiences I've ever had. Everything is very one note, which is wasabi cream sauce. The fish is not quality as some might say, and the rolls are doused with too much sauce carelessly. We couldn't taste anything else aside from that sauce. The udon tasted like it was prepackaged and has chemically smell to it. The decor is nice though, but I'm still disappointed.

Good sushi. Be easy to order. Only get one shot at ordering. They are quick service to push customers in and out of the tiny place. They have sushi rolls that sound tasty but are lost in flavor that get diluted from sauces and stuff on them. The gyoza is worth getting. Be ready for a wait if you come later

Excellent sushi rolls, Poke and service. Primo and Baja rolls are incredibly flavorful!

Great authentic sushi. Customer service is good, have patience when visiting this establishment. It’s not chilis or Texas Roadhouse, it’s a single location restaurant. They do their best to serve you as quickly as they can. Busy restaurants means good food.
