How can a subway not take subway coupons. Bunch of gnarly looking worker ladies didnt even get up from customer area tables. Hot and nasty looking, turned around and left.
Very good service but be prepared because the lady doesn't want to accept any coupons in this location.
Rude and overcharged. Lady was upset for no reason and rolling her eyes. None of sandwiches came out like I wanted them, as I gave up at the end. They didn't know the difference between Salami and Pepperoni either.
How can you not love Subway? ?Sandwich in the house! ?
Not sure how this location stays in business , was here last week , the employees never greet you , there were dead bugs on our table , the Chip rack was half empty , the soda was completely flat , this was at noon , not like they had a big rush. I’ll drive further to go to a different location in the future.
I'm usually very understanding of fast food workers as I am one myself. But the service at this location has just become awful. They don't listen, they don't smile, they don't take responsibility for their mistakes. I went in the other day and had a misunderstanding with the two employees. I get that what I asked was confusing, but they didn't try to understand me or explain their thought process so they ended up putting in my order wrong and I didn't even get what I wanted. When that happens at my job, I always take the time to understand the customer even if I'm having a horrible day. Management needs to step up here and fix whatever is going on with them.
Ordered delivery, all the sandwiches were made wrong. Called to get them fixed, got ignored, hung up on, ignored again, then they refused unless I brought them back in. Became combative and rude when I brought up the fact I paid for delivery and tip, told me that's not how it works and I don't know what I am talking about. My family and I have been coming here for close to twenty years. In the past when our orders were made wrong they have always fixed them. Long story short we won't be ordering from this location again.
not like they used to make them
Very good sandwich shop made fresh in front of you.Everything is always fresh and good. Staff follows CDC guidelines and wears masks and changes gloves between meat and vegetable product handling.Surfaces sanitized constantly. Masked employees, very safe.
Always my Friday lunch for work
