This Star bucks is in a Bashas market which wasn't clear from the other reviews. I prefer stand alone SBs but did really like this one with great service from Barista Emma(by herself which isn't easy with the volume of business).The premises was very clean, great AC on a 110F plus day and Emma gave me a nice ice water as well.The only negatives are limited seating, toilet at opposite side of large supermarket and lack of electrical outlets.I also bought some potato chips to snack on from the supermarket while enjoying my beverage.

My husband went to pick up Starbucks for me when I said I wasn’t having no more Starbucks cause of the gas prices then they tried to put soy in my coffee which are allergic to then he said there’s no Villa in this skinny lot there no to get it home there is vanilla in the skinny latte not impressed every time skinny latte means skinny latte Wasting my money on my time now I cannot drink this I’m not coming to the store to return it
Overall, the staff is kind. Manager and I had a nice conversation, she definitely provided information on products that I had questions about. Decorated nicely as well. Only complaint is there was no napkins on the side and I had to ask for some.
Asked for hot coffee this morning, but got barely warm damn near cold coffee. Super disappointed. 2 young stoner kids working there.
I am 14 and every time I go in here the workers are so mean, never prepared, and my drinks always come out wrong, way too watered down, or with no flavor at all. Just today I ordered a Trenta mango dragonfruit refresher with light ice , and my drink came out with more ice than normal, and when I aksed if they put light ice in, the worker there was extremely rude and told me I never ordered that. Overall my expierience here has always been awful, from the bad workers, to the bad drinks.

This location in Gilbert is normally my favorite location. I normally get the same thing every time that I go, but, the last few times that I was there they have messed up my latte. Might seem like something minor, but, I felt rushed each time that they messed things up and that they were only paying half attention. I had to start going to a different Starbucks.
