Staff is always super friendly. They greet me every time I'm in, even if it's just for an online pickup.
For how incredibly busy the employees are, they are always exceptionally kind & on top of their orders. My kids and their friends frequent here as well, & my youngest daughter RAVES about one particular barista. *I have to come in and find out her name.* Last time, she up sized her drink when my daughter was short some change, and this was all my little 8 year old talked about for days.
One of the few nice Starbucks out there. The manager used to be a barista at a San tan valley store. Great guy. He runs the store well. People around him are happy and do a great job.Great service, really nice store. Wonderful people there.

I drive a Special Needs School Bus for the Higley Unified School District. One of my students is celebrating her 16th birthday tomorrow and we are all swept up in her enthusiasm! I called ahead to see if this Starbucks had any Cake Pops left today. The Barista (Jeremy) took his time, explaining them to me, and offered to "put two aside for me". I was VERY grateful!!!When I arrived, Kaitlyn was in the Drive Thru. My dog was going NUTS thinking we were driving through Dairy Queen. You can't imagine my delight when I saw that this Starbucks has devoted an entire window to photos of their customers pooches with their gifted "Starbuck's Pup Cups!" Kaitlyn's eyes lit up and danced as she asked "Would he like one of ours???" DID HE EVER !!! She got the Pup Cup and retrieved the Cake Pops. I tried to hand her my Gift Cards (that Student parent's have graciously given me), but she insisted, "We've taken care of your order!" I was ASTONISHED !!!!!THANK YOU Starbuck's, Jeremy and Kaitlyn! The team at this Starbucks is awesome! I've learned that no matter how long the line is through drive-thru, the line moves quickly. They also ALWAYS get my drink order right. Today, there were 17 cars in front of me (I counted) and I was to the window within 9 minutes. Thanks for being so good at what you do!
Lauren is the sweetest, always writing in on drinks to spread love and cheer. All baristas are welcoming and kind, however Lauren will always bring a smile to my face.
This location used to be one of my favorites, but in the last 6 months, they've been experiencing horrible staffing issues, and the ones working have bad attitudes. The problems of this location could be the results of management issues, staff shortages, and switching employees to other sites. I hope Starbuck Corporate can turn around this environment bring back the magic it once had.

Very disappointed, false advertisement. On Google it said the store hrs were until 8pm. We arrived there at 7 and the doors were locked and there were employees inside.
Busy but good service. They had plenty of help to get orders out qui kly. Tried the kale eggbites, delicious!! Wish my store carried them...
