Don’t go if you’re in a rush.. inside or out. Slowest drive-thru I’ve ever been in and pickup orders are ready way later than the expected time. The staff needs some efficiency training.

Always on point! Just recently switched from a different location to this one as my location because of the better taste and speed of service. Hopefully they continue to impress me.

Wow. This is the slowest Starbucks drive through I’ve ever witnessed. After witnessing 3 cars get out of line I started a timer and thought people were so impatient. Wish I would have followed suit. Timer stopped at 22 1/2 minutes when I got the order. Probably closer to 25 minutes because I didn’t start the timer right away. Warning to those in the drive through: don’t go here if you’re in a hurry and get stuck in line.

Worst communication I have ever had with an coffee shop. Federal employee at training with no vehicle. Called and asked if I could pick up mobile. Was told only drive thu was open. Asked if I would have to walk thru that. Yes. After waiting in the dark with vehicles hit the order screen to be told they don’t serve walk thru in drive-thru

There is no way this was not done on purpose - I ordered a hot grande vanilla latte and specially requested only 2 pumps of vanilla/sweetener—only 2 not the normal 4 or 6 they normally put in a Grande size —- what I got and didn’t taste until after I drove away was a digesting coffee with sooooooo much EXTRA sweetener in it I had to spit it out. This location just keeps getting more disappointing- you have lost my business completely now

Three times in the last few weeks this location has allowed me to order on the app, but when I showed up, the doors were locked. I do not have time in the mornings to wait in lines that wrap around the building and take forever, and the app states " head to the pickup counter," not indicating their doors are locked. Multiple times now I have paid and was not able to receive what I paid for, nor get a refund.

This starbucks needs to get itself together. I always mobile order, and try to check my orders but when I am in a rush it is hard. On Wednesday I ordered a blueberry oatmeal, but no blueberries were included, just an extra pack of nut medley. This morning (Friday), I tried again and ordered a 1/2 decalf iced latte and blueberry oatmeal. My drink was not decalf and I am pregnant so I had to throw it out, and my blueberry oatmeal only came with blueberries (no nut medley, or agave syrup).

Never tried this location but it was the only one with order ahead through the app enabled. Store should have disabled as it took 20 minutes beyond the app quoted time to get 4 drinks made and there was a lot of standing around by some employees (not including the new hires training). While I understand the store is fairly new there is no excuse for the cashier to be out hobnobbing with guests instead of helping the backlog of orders. Hopefully they fix these issues in the future once they are fully staffed.

This location used to be great but is now incredibly slow. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes with only 5 cars ahead of me. The current car at the window has been there for 6 minutes. It’s unacceptable

Set down my merchandise (two gift cards) just as the cashier walked away mumbling "be right with you". Turned away, only to turn back to find them ringing up someone else. Rude attitudes from a few employees as we were waiting on our order & wondering where it was. I've never had rude service here before, usually the employees are very nice. Will be going elsewhere from here on out.
