Normal Starbucks drinks, low stars are due to lack of cleanliness; restroom was disgusting and staff was unconcerned about it
Was a long drive through line so I walked in and was out no more than five minutes. Also very pollute stuff??
At this Starbucks location they offer in door and outdoor seating. It is open til 9:30pm. I would say this is a wheelchair accessible location. They have a ramp. At this Starbucks location they have several outlets for your technologies. They have a great display of accessories, cups, reusable cups, coffees and little gifts. The staff are super friendly and are very helpful. They do have free Wi-Fi. Remember ordering from the app can be faster.
Haven’t had a bad drink here. Super kind staff.
If you are looking for a little customer service to go along with your cup of Jo…yea, this is not Starbucks for you. Terrible customer service, just rude consistently!
Line was pretty fast. Wife needed a coffee. Was fearful of getting trapped in the drive-thru. Didn’t want to miss the beginning of our movie. The staff got everyone in/out with no delays.
Excellent store, very good service. My only issue is they constantly turn off order ahead. Please don’t do that. It’s the only way I have time to get coffee here. Other than that great store.
Great service and such helpful staff! Somehow when my app was scanned, I didn't get a free birthday drink offer, even though I'm signed up for rewards. Maybe the account has to show frequent use or something, but it was all too much effort in my opinion. But the gal at the window was so kind and patient while I looked through my emails etc! And my coffee was great.
Purchased 9 gifts cards for friends and family for stocking stuffers and unfortunately when they tried to use them, there was zero funds on the cards. They weren’t willing to refund, provide a credit or even offer a free drink for the inconvenience. Ten years of being a loyal customer and not even an apology. I’ve tried other coffee shops like Dutch bros and coffee bean and they’ve definitely always shown to appreciate their customers. Starbucks is convenient because it across the street from me, its unfortunate they didn’t care to solve the issue.
I'm not a "Staubucker" by any standards. Maybe once or twice a year. On the way to go hiking we hit the drive thru. The line was long but moved like bullet train thru rural Japan. Drive thru dude was friendly, polite and energetic. I got a big ol' white chocolatey minty hot cup of caffeine goodness. YUMMY! Maybe I'll go 3 times next year.
