Oh I live all the way by the Usery Mountain off McKellips and Ellsworth. But I was in Gilbert and decided to go to the Starbucks and now they were so amazing that I make a special trip to go there! The staff in the management is absolutely amazing! Truly I even went from the drive-through into the store to tell them how amazing they are.They looked at me kind of funny because I was complementing them and sincerely appreciative of them. Lol But now I will be going there regularly. I highly suggest this location due to the staff we all know the coffee is great! But this staff is amazing

I had a dumb moment and left my wallet at home. I got to the window to tell them I’d be right back and the barista said my drink is on them ?I go literally every day so they know me and knew I was probably just off my A game. Don’t worry, Starbucks. I’ll pay it forward!
Ordered ahead and they closed the lobby, so now we're all stuck having to pick up in the drive through line waiting with people who didn't order ahead....so what's the point of ordering ahead when you're not going to make it possible to avoid the line?? Ridiculous.
Ordered ahead on the app, when I arrived the doors were locked and I was told to go thru the drive thru to get my order. After waiting almost 10 minutes I finally was able to get my order. They could have let people into the pickup area to get there order or shut down the order ahead option. Sandwich was cold. Manager wouldn’t return my messages so poor customer service.
Always have a great coffee treating myself. Mocha Chocolate Decaf coffee with Almond milk. Delicious.
Just a friendly reminder. When a customer requests a certain milk, please make certain you’re using that milk. Being sick because you’re lactose intolerance is no fun.
They close at 5 and I was at 5 even in the drive thru and they did not take my order,very bad experience
