This location is often a lot slower than others and sometimes retaliate if you made certain modifications like "light ice" they will put extra ice, depending on who is on bar. I hate leaving less than stellar reviews but in this case it was my daughters drink and she was super sad when there hardly was any liquid in the drink and it was crammed full of ice instead.

Went on my lunch break I went into the store . Was told someone would be right with me. There was 2 people by The register Who weren’t really doing anything that I could notice. I stood there literally probably four minutes? No one offered to help no one said anything to me. Finally one of the guys standing there in the front asked one of the 5 people behind the bar to the register and I saw this guy pull out two bakery items from the oven before this . I didn’t order I left I don’t understand with 7 people they had me wait??? No one said welcome when I walked usually someone says it . Very disappointed I went to black rock instead .

This place is down the street from me and I’ve been coming here since they opened. It was my absolute favorite. They used to make the best coffee. Recently the past 4 months my coffee hasn’t been consistent. I normally just get the same thing but it’s always made different. Sadly this is the closest to my home and it’s now my least favorite location.
Internet was kinda unstable but the service as far as food and beverage was outstanding
Got there pretty early this morning so there was hardly a line, my friend texted me and wanted a drink after I ordered. I hardly EVER do this bit I asked if I could add one drink on at the window and the barista said “do you not know the system, you cant order drinks at the window”! I've done this at black rock and Dutch and they haven't had a problem with it! I don't do it often but seriously LACKS customer service!
