I have recently gotten a grape slush, which used to be my norm. The past 2 or 3 times, I have ended up wasting them because they were too sweet. Like they had put too much syrup in it. This time though was perfect, I ordered small just in case. And ended up ordering a large as well. Sucks though, that store is no where near home.
I've worked in fast food before, so I know how much of a draining, soul-sucking experience it can be, ESPECIALLY in a location like that, surrounded by ludicrously expensive homes. With that being said, the person taking my order was not having any of it. Not even an attempt at a normal ordering process, they just walked up to my window, very curtly said the price, I paid them, and they walked away without saying a thing.To be honest, I'm more bewildered than anything. I hope whatever was bothering them is fixed!
I tried my first delivery pick up and I am so grateful the staff were so kind. They helped me carry the food to my car. Thank you for the great customer service.
This location is always on point. I had Annie S as my car hop. She was so kind and delivered our order very quickly . Thanks for the great time to all the crew there :)
For the last three years their speaker has been terrible. You order, even yelling, and they usually can't hear you very well. The food is alright. Definitely doesn't seem to be a lot of care put into the food as far as quality.
If it was possible to give zero stars...I'm sure there has to be a better shift or team that works there. I went around 11ish Saturday and boy howdy. I wouldn't go again. Literally not a blank was given. 5 combos were thrown into 2 bags. Nothing was hot. It was such a disappointment. And the employee attitudes on top of it. Double YIKES
All I can say is wow- the customer service here is absolutely disappointing. Went through the drive through- ordered a couple meals. Both were wrong. (Turns out they supposedly just didn’t ring them up right-which apparently is my fault) They didn’t give me a receipt so when he asked me what my receipt said I couldn’t verify to what was rang in.I was told they had no way to know if I was telling the truth. ? I was like I can send you pictures, and they said sorry. I realize their are shortages with help, and wouldn’t even be writing this except this is the third time in a row my order has been wrong. If my 7 year old wasn’t obsessed I wouldn’t go back at all. We will make the drive to a sonic further away in the future.
Great breakfast, for some of us. BUTWe sat in one of the bays and pushed the red button and the screen said someone would be with us shortly. Waited 12 minutes before deciding that no one was going to help us. Drove around the building and went thru the drive thru. Make note: they only serve breakfast before 12:00 p.m. after 12:00 p.m.they will serve breakfast and lunch. DARN! We thought we had found the perfect place for our family to dine at in the a.m. but now we need to keep looking:( Not all of us can eat eggs or fench toast which is why we thought Sonic would be perfect because they offer burgers and hot dogs also, but not before 12:00 p.m. so we will keep looking:(
We came yesterday for lunch and our whole order was wrong. We called and spoke to Gus and he really didn't help us to fix our order. However we met NORMA and she didn't hesitate to fix our order. She went above and beyond! Thank you Norma for your amazing customer service ?
My son and I just had the worst chicken slider and chicken sandwich from this Sonic location. This is the very reason I don’t like fast food but was rushing today. If I lived closer, I would have taken it back. The chicken slider was literally like bacon, very crispy with very little noticeable chicken. NOTHING like the picture. I couldn’t believe they actually served this to someone. You didn’t have to bite it to see that it was dry and over cooked or recooked. To the Sonic staff, serve food you would want served to you. This was absolutely ridiculous. My sons chicken sandwich was also very dry. Unbelievable and very disappointing for Sonic. A waste of money.
