Customer service was terrible.Girl on speaker was rude since she couldnt hear me through their busted speakers.Also asked very specifically before ordering if they had the minibrands toys with the kids meals, the girl said "yes we do, they come with the wacky pack"When we recieved the order the kids meals had straws as the toy, i asked the other girl why and she said "we ran out of those toys weeks ago"My kid was looking forward to those, next time maybe not lie?
Oh no Sonic what happened?Yikes! I remember the late 90s and early 2000s it was always my goto spot. Food, shakes drinks everything.Over the last few years there have been multiple order related issues and overall quality of what comes out.I gave up on the food awhile ago cause of this.The drinks and shakes were still a fav of ours. The last time we went was the last Summer of Shakes we will attend. I’m not sure if the quality issues are due to the franchisee or corporate.The problem with this is where do I deliver my feedback? I’m delivering feedback to the store but is it more appropriate to deliver to corporate? This is the dilemma that no one takes ownership of the issues.
Ordered a slushy and medium fries. The slushy was watered down after 5 minutes of driving with the ac on and the fries were ice cold and extremely hard. I do not recommend this location to anyone who wants somewhat decent food.
Left after the lady couldn't take the proper order and was rude. I spent my 50 bucks at the competition. I know it's hard to find good employees but I would spend the extra 2$/hr and find yourself better quality folks.
Sonic already doesn't have great food. It's par at best. But now that I've experienced two nights stuck in the drive thru at this location, I'm fairly certain sonic is off the menu for me. Granted, I'm only here because of a gig economy job, I've been in the drive thru line about fifteen minutes now and haven't even made it to the order speaker. Same experience two nights ago. It's almost like they are the only ones open, or just don't want the business since they've closed all the drive up stalls. I've seen more people drive away than forsake their time in this line wrapping around the building. Lol.
Extremely POOR customer service. Waited over 30 minutes just to order when only one person was ahead. It seemed there was some sort of issue with the vehicle at the pick up window, but no one relayed any sort of communication to the people waiting. Then once I FINALLY ordered my pickle burger with large pickle fry side I was handed my food only to find regular fries in the bag. Then I explained what I had ordered and was now informed they can only do a small pickle fry side. Even though when my order was repeated back they said large. Absolutely sickening experience.
Poor customer service. Ordered 2 cookie dough blasts. Guy heard wrong I guess and just put down blast. We were given just ice cream. The whole point of a blast is to have some sort of candy or add in with it. Only am giving 2 stars because they re made it and gave us what we wanted but were rude about it and tried to make it sound like our fault. It's not our fault they couldn't hear. Most annoying part is we drove all the way home so we had to drive all the way back. Not im pressed for sure. This Sonic has been going down hill. Very sad because we really like the food and cookie dough blasts.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! The employees are dismissive and rude. Manager doesn’t know how to manage her employees, much less help customers .
Was over charged $10.77 cents. I thought it was too much. When I asked for receipt, they said out of receipt paper. When I called the store once I verified I was in fact over charged they said they couldn't do anything to adjust the over charge or speak with the individual that over charged me.Beware and ensure they charge you the correct amount if you purchase at this location.
I like the Mozzarella Cheese Sticks! They are ALWAYS HOT and fresh!!! Ate them in the pull in space, that way they don't get cold driving down the street.
