This is hands down one of our families favorites for a night out. The chips and salsa are delicious, my kids love coloring the pages and all their drink options are great! The quality of the food especially for the rice is well worth it.
Always a favorite lunch spot for me. I've moved away from Arizona, but used to visit this place very frequently. Every time I'm in town, I go to Someburros just about every day on my visit. Thankful that there are Gluten Friendly dining options. Their refried beans are my favorite item!!
Amazing! Food was great. We even had a few folks who felt cold (despite this being AZ in the summer) and they turned off some of the fans and we had a fun time with family.No Military discount, fyi.
Honestly when I looked at the reviews it kept me from going here and then I tried it and I’m mad at most of you for not giving it better reviews. Beef and potatoes tacos are awesome, green chili burrito awesome, red chili burrito awesome. Rice and beans awesome. Best part you can drive thur!! What more can you want!! If your going here looking for white glove service this is not the place but if you want quick and good Mexican food an easy dinner for the family, highly recommend give them a go.
I've been to SBs in Mesa and Chandler and really enjoyed them. The value here is excellent: Alot of food for reasonable prices. The fish taco was tasty. Service by Manager Briggs was excellent and my order was ready in minutes. The dining area is comfortable, clean and nice atmosphere for families. They also have a drive thru.
Food is decent for fast-casual. Chips were stale and zero salt. Seating was abhorrent. Not as pictured. Actual chairs are hard metal with sides that cut into hips and behinds of any plus-sized guest. Wooden booth seating with secured tables failed to accommodate all guests in our party because we couldn't adjust. Would never go back. Too many options for places who are unbiased and accommodate all guests to waste time here again.
We love Someburros, it's one of our favorite places to eat. The chips and salsa are always great before the food comes. The pollo fundido burrito is *chef's kiss* amazing. The service was quick even when it was crowded. The beans and rice that came with the burrito weren't anything special but nothing to complain about either.
This is a fast food Mexican restaurant. You wait in line and order from the overhead menu, just like at a McDonalds or a Taco Bell. They give you a basket of tortilla chips and squeeze bottles of hot sauce. The tortilla chips were terrible. Dry, hard, and no salt. The hot sauces were good… not amazing, but good. I ordered three carne asada street tacos. They were OK. The carne asada needed more flavor. If they had some sort of marinade or spices on it, they would be perfect. They have Coke products, a couple different teas, lemonade, and agua Fresca for drinks. If they made their tortilla chips better (served with an authentic salsa), and the meat had more flavor, they would get 5 stars!
I’ve been going to the Tempe, AZ location since the early 90’s. Someburros has the best tasting, best priced Mexican food in the entire Valley. Someburros also serves has the most consistently sized portions. Give the mild sauce a try!!
I came in about a week ago when a girl from the kitchen was yelling constantly towards the employees upfront and it was very disturbing for my family to have to sit and listen to while trying to enjoy a meal together. You could hear it throughout the dining room and it was extremely unprofessional. We decided to come back tonight and give it one more chance however, when we walked in we weren’t greeted with a friendly smile, but a girl behind the register who seemed to rush us through ordering and not want to give us the time of day. I want to say her name was Regan. As soon as she was done with our order she went and was standing by your drive through window and I could see she was on her phone. As I sat down with my family, I saw her do it multiple times throughout our time in your restaurant. She didn’t seem too happy to be there which I understand that everyone has those days but she wasn’t even trying to hide it the slightest bit. Sadly our family won’t be returning. The food is always great for the most part but quality customer service is missing.
