Food was OK. Service was slow and we were only people in restaurant. Order was wrong and trying to explain it to the cashier was almost impossible. She was so confused. Price was outrageous.
Dining room was barely passable. Would not have sat to eat if I had known. 30 minutes, not a single wipe down of tables.Also, cashier doesn't want hands between customers and putting on gloves to distribute food.
Consistently gets orders wrong. They cant even read an online order that is readable to a 3rd grader. Missing fries or wrong fry in all my orders.
There food is always super wonderful! I guess I'm a simple to please person! Foods with preservatives hurt my stomach, but Smash Burger, I could eat every day, if they weren't so far away from me! It's always fresh, healthy, and superb! It's a 500 star place for me! I see you!
What a wonderful restaurant! I really do enjoy the atmosphere and ambiance. employees are very attentive make sure your drinks are filled consistently with great service.They pay attention to detail. I will definitely return here.
Overpriced, narrow menu, not an adult indulgence but the kids seem to really like it. If you take a family of five - you can easily spend just shy of one hundred dollars. One thing - they do build the burger EXACTLY the way you want it.
I have been to smash burger many times at other locations and this was my first time at this location. The Patty was maybe the size of beef that would normally be used for a slider. I have never seen a smash burger as small as this one in all of the many times eating smash burger. I don’t know if it’s the cooks fault or if smash burger changed their policy but I definitely won’t be back and encourage others to go get a burger somewhere else

Worst service. I ordered my food an hour and a half before they closed. I got to SmashBurger, the door was locked. A coworker came up and told me they were closed and they didn’t make my order and won’t make my order. I still got charged and now i have to chat with postmate customer service.
Totally understaffed, counter worker was taking orders at the counter and phone orders, packaging food for take out orders, and serving food to the tables. Fries were cold when we got them, but the burgers were fabulous!
