This was my first visit to Shake Shack and was a bit disappointed. Like the previous reviewer, my burger was not cooked all the way through. This place is a bit on the expensive side...the portion size was small. The burger was more like a slider compared to a BK Whopper. I am not a fan of crinkle fries but it was pretty good. Drinks were good and it being refillable was not bad. I am so-so about this place.

Not bad. Had the Bourbon Bacon cheeseburger. It had bacon jam on it made with bourbon. It tasted good but lacked the condiments I want on my burger. I prefer lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onions on my burgers. Shake Shack doesn't put any of that on their burgers unless you ask - and we didn't know we needed to ask. Fries were good. Hot, crisp, and salty.
Food was raw when I started to eat my burger my husband's was also raw and noticed before he started to it his. Sodas were flat sucks cause they charge you so much for a drink. Usually there good but this time not so much.
Absolutely Unacceptable.Fast food Meat is more Likely to Contain ALOT more Exstra Ingredients,I will Not go into Details of those Exstra Ingredients, But I will say the Outcomes of those Exstra ingredients make for one very bad day.This is Exactly the Reason why Fast Food Meat is Supposed to Be cooked at the Appropriate Temperatures & Time Frames.Food Safety is NOT a joke to me,Actually i don't know one person who thinks food Safety is a Joke.I called your gilbert Location to speak to a Manager about our Food bieing Raw and Not Properly Cooked.Nobody answered the phone, So I decided to leave a Voice Mail for the manager.6 seconds into me leaving my Voice mail It sounded like someone hung the Phone up and my call was Disconnected...So since I am unable to Speak to you over the phone, And since Apparently I Cannot Leave a Voice mail for you.I will leave a Review and hopefully I can reach somebody who does care enough about the safety of customers.Hopefully this review can help at least one person from getting sick.Have a Good Night.Tim.
Shake Shack at SanTan is very good. Food quality is the same as if it was in Brooklyn Heights. Counter service was good. However, in my opinion, the time (12 minutes) for receipt of our dine-in order was a little long. We ordered two Shackburgers with one French fry and two shakes. They were busy but not overwhelmed. No drive thru here in San Tan sense of urgency must be somewhat tempered.
Would love to give a better review but we were there recently on a busy Saturday at lunchtime and had a less than ideal experience. Service was fine but their buzzer system didn't work and our buzzer never went off. In addition to the buzzer not going off our name was never called on the PA. As a result our food sat at the counter getting cold for a while as we had no idea it was ready and was only lukewarm by the time we ate it. It was still pretty good but we at there so it would be hot and fresh. Eventually an employee came out to the dining room and walked around asking our name.For the price and brand I expect better and more consistency.
First visit, a nice place. If I were to compare to In-N-Out burger I would say it costs nearly twice as much for a double patty burger, fries and a drink ($15 versus about $9). The burger at Shake Shack was better, but In-N-Out has better fries. Shake Shack fries taste like the crinkle cut ones you buy in the freezer at the grocery store, whereas In-n-out fries are freshly cut. The burger was definitely tastier and a bit bigger by comparison. Shake Shack definitely has a bigger menu with more options, so I will probably check out those on future visits.
The burgers are so good and the cheese fries are Amazing!!
I came with my family the other night and everyone loved it. I tried the gluten free bun for the burger in the middle and it has been the best burger I’ve had since limiting my gluten intake. I’ll definitely be back!
