I love the chicken burrito dinner so this time I ordered the bowl option. I can't believe that the amount of chicken I received was the same amount in the tortilla. It was good, but I was disappointed on the filling portion.
I’ve been to this location, Chandler and Desert Ridge. It’s good for a fun atmosphere to meet up with coworkers and friends.The food needs lots of help, not very appetizing.I’d compare this establishment to other indoor/outdoor type venues and Sand Bar ranks the lowest current performer for quality of food.Some people just want to go out and eat and not get drunk.I’ll keep checking the menu. This was a great place to watch sports when they opened. I used to reserve tables every Saturday for football. Then they got greedy by turning it into a nightclub and it became ghetto AF with a recent shooting in parking lot… SMH
Definitely a cute place to just grab a bite and a drink!Super chill, our server was super sweet, and the chips and red salsa are always super good!The main food on the hand could use some help.I would give this place a chance if you wanna drink and chill with friends, music was good too!
Was not impressed. The noise was overbearing (music) to the point of making conversations difficult at best. The food was lack luster and not to our liking. Not interested in a return visit. All seating is hightop bar tables very uncomfortable for the disabled.
Stopped here on a Saturday morning for an early lunch. The interior could use some TLC. Our table was actually peeling. I ordered a beer and my gf had the house special Margherita (double). I ordered nachos, and she had the shrimp taco special. Both were just OK. The hottest sauce they had was Chalula. Bad sign as it's a Tex-Mex joint and that's the best they could do. Nachos were a little over salted, and I LOVE salt. My gf didn't finish her tacos because she thought the shrimp was off. It tasted OK to me, just too sweet for my liking. Had another beer and she had a glass of house red which she also didn't finish. Got the bill and after a tip for really good service it was $103!!!! The specials weren't so special. The double Margherita was $26 and the OK shrimp tacos were $18 for two. Ouch. I'll pass on by next time.
Fair food. Above average service. Way too noisy.
The first thing the hostess told us was that they do not accept reservations from OpenTable "when they're busy". It was Monday night and thankfully not busy, but this comment would make me think that we wouldn't be able to even make the reservation if they didn't accept it. It would have been very frustrating if we showed up and they didn't honor the reservation.
We made Reservations on Open Table , when we got there they told us when it gets busy we had to wait I was not happy they told us 20 minutes so we waited then we saw a spot at the bar opened up so we just went in there. I would go back but please honor our reservations.
Horrible service, then the food was less then to be desired. Was extremely disappointed. Only good thing was the drink.
