This place is great! The salads are delicious and the portions are huge!
The customer service at this location is incredible. I stopped in at the start of my day, and accidentally got there a bit before they actually opened. The person who took my order, Kelsie, was so kind though and helped me anyways, despite being a couple minutes early. Not only that, but she also took the time to help me with the menu. She took the time to help me understand what I was looking at and pick out something I would like. I got a lemonade and BBQ ranch salad, and it was amazing!!
So I love this place and they're usually always 100 in every aspect. The last 3 times I've come here, my tofu salad has had chicken mixed in it and the last time I came back, they 1. Forgot my dressing, 2. My salad has a piece of chicken mixed with my tofu [I'm vegetarian], 3. They gave me the wrong dressing for another salad I ordered. The time before this one, I ordered my salad and there was a pet hair in it. I think I might take a break from salad and go but they're usually super friendly and great! Their green tea mango is really worth the try!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The young lady came on the speaker laughing and could barely get my order correct. I had to repeat a couple times. Then she busted out laughing then a young man got on the mic. When I thanked him for getting on and finishing my order, there was another outburst of laughter in the background. When I got to the window, I asked to speak to the manager who was apart of the unprofessional experience. He apologized but my mom refused to give these young kids her debit card, so I paid. I was really upset when I made it home to find the Pico I asked to have removed was on my salad. So hopefully the owner helps coach these young teenagers while they are running his business.

Everyone praises this place so much but everytime i get w salad it is pretty low on at least one thing. Every time. All i get is the ceasar but without a doubt every time i order there is very little either chicket, tomatoes, cheese, or croutons. Like this salad today i found 3 tiny pieces of cheese like come on guys these salads are not cheap you can at least make sure each salad has enough of each thing but nah everyones laughing and talking in the back with very little interaction with the customer. Think i may start going to chik fil a for salads from now on

Breakfast burritos are always bomb, fast and friendly. I wish the salsa had more spice but it's got good flavor. Can't beat that traditional burrito for 2.99
Have ordered many times before and been happy but tonight did a mobile order of a wrap and requested 2 balsalmic dressings. I have NEVER in years of ordering had the dressing already on the wrap much less TWO! It fell apart and had dressing running out the bottom. Is this standard now? I literally ordered last Saturday from same location and it had thai dressing on the side. Not very happy with the mess I had.
