Very slow service. Ordered online and stood in the sun for 30 minutes past the promised time. Apparently they forgot I was waiting and didn't realize my order didn't come through on their end despite the charge being completed on my cc. They were prompt in fulfilling my order once they realized it was lost.
Food is fine. Great value, healthy, everything we’ve grown to love about salad and go. The service, also good. My complaint is that I was pulling a trailer and couldn’t go through the drive through.Why can’t I just give my order to the guy at the window?!? Why do I need to download your app for a salad? I don’t need an account. You don’t need to know my birthday or store my credit card information for me to buy a salad or wrap. I can’t pay cash for my lunch like I generally do to keep me under budget for the week’s lunches.In the time to download said app and register an account, I could’ve dropped my trailer, give my and my whole crews order to somebody on the box, given them cash like I wanted to, and hooked my trailer back up and driven away. Instead, I stood outside for the better part of 10 minutes helping my guys who don’t speak English navigate dumb apps to order salads and wraps.Never coming back with a trailer, and immediately deleted the app.
Oh heck yeah! We need some of these in Utah! If you want a burrito/wrap that fills you up and is so yummy but also healthy at the same time, hit this place up! Heck yeah thank you for the amazing food!

What do chicken salad, tuna salad, Cesar salad, and house salad all have in common? Dressing. Salad dressing. They forgot my dressing. Ok, whatever I’ll drive the 15m back and go get a new salad with new dressing. Employee at the window was fairly unfriendly, which devolved to downright rude when she had the audacity to try to hand me a dressing packet for my now 45m old, soggy salad and I asked for them to just remake the salad.I’ve worked in food and am a business owner currently. If one of my employees thought fixing a situation like this with this level of absolute minimum effort was a good idea they’d be having a meeting with me. I’d hand out a free voucher for next time, and remake the salad no questions asked. I even brought the salad in for them to toss/proof I’m not just trying to schmooze free stuff. Never going back to this location, ever.

Absolutely no way to contact to cancel online orders. One would expect the app would take you to the nearest location. Unfortunately that is not the case. I had to drive 4 miles out of my way to pick up my lunch because it sent me to the wrong location. Then when I realized what happened after the order was placed and tried to cancel my order there is absolutely no way to contact the restaurant or to cancel your order online. DO NOT TRUST THE APP!!! There should be a way to modify or adjust/cancel
literally every single time we order extra egg they NEVER PUT IT even tried clearly asking for extra egg on the side and they took it as put all the egg on the side and no extra. its been an ongoing thing for over a year now too we go to the one on country club and southern when we for sure want our order right. Very annoying and disappointing every morning bad start to the day.
Can't complain about this place because they have salad and they're fresh and good. My wife likes to hit this place up maybe once every two weeks for our dinner. I usually get the cobb salad with extra protein and it hits the spot. For the price and convenience this is definitely a good spot to have on your drive home.
I love salad and go. I’ve been a customer for several years and have never had any major problems. However this location has given me an issue almost every single time. Yesterday I got a wrap and was halfway through it, when I realized there was a hair in my mouth. I had to spit out my food, and pull out a long brown hair.. my hair is blonde and was tied up. I was so upset and I went back to the store immediately. A couple weeks ago, my mom and I went to pick up salads. When we got the the window there were employees swearing and yelling in the background. The girl who cashed us out had a huge attitude and my mom was offended by it honestly. I have worked in the food industry since I was 16, so I get all the stress and problems that go along with it. But these events have left me really disgusted and I won’t be back to this location again. For the record they did give me a salad to replace the wrap that had the hair. I brought the wrap back, and they girl had an attitude the whole time too. She asked for the wrap back, which is fine and that is why I brought it. With the hair in the wrapper. Not sure taking it back is even allowed with Covid but.. yeah anyway I went to the Cooper/Warner location today and it was great. They also cook their Brussel sprouts properly, this locations are always raw.
