I have really liked all the Rubios I've been to and this one was also excellent.The fish tacos were the best I've had in years. The salsas were especially fresh, thick and tasty as well as the guac-thick, fresh and creamy.Service by Manager Jacob and staff was fast and professional
Ordered through Ubereats. Nastiest food I’ve ever eaten. Trust me. I’m no foodie. Couldn’t eat the fried fish taco as the fish smell permeated everything. The steak street taco was as most 3” long with three cubes in of dried meat. Nasty food. Never again. A waste of $40. The only redeeming factor was the guacamole and that isn’t raving even. NASTY!!!!
I normally love their food, but the service is absolutely terrible. Our last experience there resulted in literally everything in our meal being wrong, and it took nearly 20m to get a quesadilla and tacos. The staff here are truly the worst - unkind, unprofessional, rarely working - normally just standing behind the counter while 1 staff preps food.
Awful! They don’t have rice in the mornings! My husband stop 3 times for lunch and they didn’t have rice! I stop today at 5:27 pm( Wednesday) and when I opened the door they said it’s closed they do have. Good sign to let you know it’s closed then the door was unlocked! Terrible service We we’ll not return it’s waste of time
I have give the Ray and Power location 4 chances. Either the order was late, wrong, missing items or made incorrectly. I love Rubios but I will not be going back to the one on Ray and Power.
I’m come here often , just left , last two times I came my tacos were cold … had to take off the tops of the tortilla to eat what I could , but had to throw most of them out ! Kinda gross guys
Lots of employees there which is great, if half of them weren't standing around texting and talking about their weekend plans. Portion was also small and no napkins at the utensil station. I also waited 20 min to get my food, whereas the Rubio's by my house, w less employees makes my meal in less than 10 min during busy hours.
We had made a delivery order on a third party app; however to save time, we decided to pick up. We were already driving, so arrived at the restaurant at the same time we submitted the order. I called the number, on the curbside spot, let them know we were already in there. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, they were busy and taking longer than the eta when submitted our order. After 15 min past the eta, walked in to find our order sitting getting cold. This would have been frustrating enough, but the last time we ordered almost the same thing happened at a different location.
This location is NASTY!!!! Food was cold cold cold. Employees stand around chatting and joking around while Salsa bar is half empty and disgusting. Garbage’s overflowing to the point where there was nowhere to put trash. Not once did I see and employee wipe down table after customers left. Trash all over the place. Just a disgusting place that serves cold food.
Great food, fair prices, clean. Friendly staff.
