So much for fast food!I was the second person in line today at 11 and had a fairly simple order for 3. Did not have our food ready until 11:40! Shockingly inefficient. GM needs to do something about this location, not the first time this has happened
Lots of options.I Prefer the old menu but I was able to find something to try that was new to me.Got taquitos which were crunchy, moist and, utterly tasteless.There was a generous helping of quac on top with some diced tomatoes that made up for the lack of flavor in the chicken in the taquitos.Will probably give another menu item a try next time I am In the area.
Let me tell you…AVOID this location if at all possible. I love Rubios and eat it all the time. This locations SUCKS! They need major change in management and all staff. They are rude, restaurant is dirty every time I go in, it’s never stocked with anything, they are extremely slow (expect LONG wait times), on top of that your order will be wrong 75% of the time. I now drive an extra 7 minutes to a different location to avoid going here.
I always get the Original Fish Taco plate but the last two times at two different locations the fish is very fishy. I believe the kind of fish used has changed and its not as good as it was. This was my favorite place to go for fish taco but not anymore
Im impressed with how much this store cares. We had a mistake on our order They're caring and and quick response time shown throug. They could make a mistake on my order anytime with customer service like that much thanks and appreciation.
Always so good! I come here whenever I visit Phoenix. They're original fish tacos are to die for!
My bowl wasn’t even filled to the line, the shrimp are much smaller than normal. I paid almost the same for a plate at Cheesecake Factory for this plate of literally NOTHING. Also one shrimp was burned and I count 5 pieces of shrimp smaller than a nickel. I also counted three small shreds of lettuce. I’m super disappointed!
So disappointed with the bowl I got … 1/3 full … about 6 small pieces of romaine …. Heavy & made me sick. Someone has destroyed their food! Poor decision! We won’t be back to Rubios …I have gone there for years loving their food!! Unfortunately they destroyed the quality of the food.
California bowl tasted fantastic and was indeed gluten free! Delicious and celiac safe
They very overcooked the salmon, burnt it actually. And included a serving of bottom of the pot of beans, because they ran out of brown beans.
