I am utterly disgusted. I order a gluten free pizza from rossatis almost weekly. they gave me a raw pizza. Still good in the middle, absolutely disgusting. Called, they remade it. Would not deliver. Also raw. Not edible. They offered a credit but I didn't take it. I will never order from here again. This is going to make people sick. It is beyond unacceptable. I have never had rossatis pizza look like that. I'm half tempted to call the health department.
We had pick up order so we sat in car until pizza was ready. The price for a large pepperoni, Sausage and extra cheese was 35 that's rediculus. my friend loves the pizza me I've had better. think its on the greasy side.
If I had known that they now use Door Dash rather than their own delivery people, I would have picked my order up!!! Over 90 minutes, not the usual 45 minutes. Everything was cold. I had cash for a tip, but Door Dash literally drops off your food and goes!!!Anyway. I won’t be ordering delivery any more!!!!
I don’t know what the issue was with these other peoples reviews but this pizza is bomb dot com. Even my wife likes it and she doesn’t like pizza. 10/10 would pizza again.Also the front desk person ran into an issue with my card and handled it great. 10/10 would front desk again.
Ordered a pizza (18 inch for $40+ which is ridiculous) through Grubhub, my order was placed with NO issues…. At 8:30…. At 9:04 I get a text saying my order was cancelled - because the restaurant is closed….I had No idea they closed at 9… Grubhub said they were OPEN and accepting orders. These clowns waited 30 min to cancel my order.. are you kidding me? Instead NEXT TIME WHY NOT STOP ALLOWING ORDERS TO PROCESS 30 min before you close if you’re not gonna gonna fulfill the order.Won’t be ordering from here ever again.
Very good pizza. excellent. THEY ONLY HAD ONE POLIET YOUNG MAN WORKING THERE. He did the best he could in handling our order
I really like the pizza from here. However, I recently ordered a large combo pizza and added green olives. When the pizza was delivered, it contained only the green olives. This was for a small gathering so we ate the pizza but I did pay for a pizza I was not provided. Hopefully it’s delivered correctly the next time.
Fettuccine Alfredo is disgusting! Tasted sour, fettuccine cut into tiny pieces and chicken too...looks and tastes like canned chicken. Very disappointing!! It was inedible. We both spit it out.
I brag all the time about your pizza the last four times I’ve ordered there the past manager was not nice and could care less about my personal experiences since each time of the past three times I went there!!!Pizza dough raw nothing but sauce and cold..My last experience I spent 78$ and ordered the big boy pizza new manager and it was bomb she personally delivered it and gave her. 25$ tip super amazing person, however ordered same 78$ order last week delivery late pizza let’s just say truly frowned upon DangIt!!! I Don’t get it…
