Went for a spontaneous date night with my boyfriend…on a Friday night ? Wasn’t thinking ? It was a great evening though! We spent around 40 minutes waiting, it was SUPER busy! But, the staff was SUPER sweet every single step of the way ? From the hostess to our waiter to the manager (I believe) that brought out our food when something had been wrong, every single person was so incredibly kind & helpful at every moment, even though they were incredibly swamped for hours on end. Shout out to Justin, our sweet waiter, for the awesome service!! Great night, good job guys ?
I’ve always had good service here and the food was good.I just not sure that same hype from 10+ years ago is still there Red Robin. I don’t listen to radio or watch TV, if you’re advertising on those platforms.The rewards program requires too many visits to kick in. With a family of 5 and we usually bring a couple more this is not affordable. I stopped tracking rewards.
Seated right away, service was excellent, and food was tasty! Enjoyed the more expanded menu with some new items to choose from.
Decent burgers. Friendly staff. Service not as expected.After receiving our food. I immediately requested a order of hot fries, and a lemonade refill. Thirty minutes pass, and we see our waitress as we're leaving. Sadly we did not receive our fresh fries, or refill.We've been to numerous Red Robin locations without any disappointments. I think we will avoid going here.
The kitchen was short staffed and the team did an amazing job to keep this place going. We had hot food rather quickly and everyone tended to our table. Teamwork at it's finest. Food was amazing as always. I had the BBQ burger special and it was a must have. Thanks team!
The location is great, staff very friendly, the menu offers quiet a few selections.My only concern was that my burger was not cooked completely. I was not asked how I wanted it cooked.The desserts were awesome .This location was very clean, plenty of parking. Bar is also at this Red Robin.I did enjoy the atmosphere.
I can't remember the waitress's name but she really went above and beyond for me and my special needs child. We haven't been able to go out to eat in years. Our daughter wouldn't eat what we ordered for her, so she was picking at my hamburger bun. So we asked for another bun and she brought it right out! It's a small thing but it was just really awesome that she did that. Actually the whole staff was helpful but that moment was fabulous. We still had to take turns eating to entertain the little one. Also the burger was awesome. Hopefully i can go back sometime.
Service was not as I expected, food was cold, burger bread crumbled as it was bitten into. I have had much better experiences at other Red Robbins for some reason this one lacks a lot of attention from management. Waitress was great and worked with what she had unfortunately the food quality was not worth my money spent there.
Was a great choice for me today.
