This was my first visit. My wife has eaten there many times. She goes there with her mother, whenever she is in town. I had a beef and bean burrito. The burrito was huge and stuffed with delicious slow cooked beef. My wife had Mole enchiladas and she said they were also delicious. We loved our meals, but it was the service made the evening special. 3 chips before the our chips ran out, a bus boy was there to offer a refill. Katie was our waitress and she was perfect. Charming, attentive and articulate. Katie listened, answered our questions and made recommendations. She was on point with everything. She didn’t hover, but she was always there with a smile before we realized we needed something. When you go, ask for Katie, She is awesome!

Friends took us to lunch yesterday. We were surprised at the menu prices, which must be the same for lunch and dinner. Our friend ordered Enchiladas Monterey, and when server asked if he would like guacamole and sour cream with that, he said yes. I believe the small dish of guacamole was an additional $5, and the sour cream $2. My husband ordered Carne Asada, which was $19 or $20 on the menu. He had a choice of chicken, pork or beef. The server said the steak was the best item on the menu, and it was good, but were we ever embarrassed when the price on the bill was $34 for his meal! As others have mentioned, the service was painfully slow. I think there was one server for the Cantina, restaurant and patio. We won't be returning any time soon!

Staff was very courteous. Food was good. Their beef was quite tasty but their chicken seemed under seasoned. It is a popular place so you need to arrive early, or expect to wait.

Firstly, I would advise coming back here, management is seriously lacking. We enter the restaurant and wait 25 MINUTES when the restaurants is practically empty, that should have been the first sign to leave. The tables were filthy, the floors were filthy, there were two your staff members at the front, literally doing nothing and two servers, 1 was a manager running and trying to wait the tables. The food comes out, it's mediocre and EXPENSIVE. Mexican food is not expensive, but it is here. Out of 4 dinners, 3 were poor and 1 was acceptable. The restaurant inside is done very nicely, the decor is inviting, no music playing as there always is in a Mexican restaurant. manager tried to make the best of a bad situation, but you can't put lipstick on a pig, it doesn't work and it irritates the pig. If there isn't enough staff to run the restaurant, perhaps it should close until they can get it together. We unfortunately will now, never return.

Great experience..love all their dishes. Service was super for such low staff. Outdoor seating is amazing! ♡

We have been many time and every time experienced fabulous food and service. What a find and wonderful staff.

Arrived at 4:20 on a Friday to a nearly empty restaurant. Plenty of staff there. We were seated quickly and 10 min later received chips and salsa. After that we waited another 10 min I went up to front desk where three staff were visiting and asked if any one was going to help us. They went and told someone and 10 min later we still had no one no one come to see us for a drink order or even water.we decided to leave and the three people up front said they would help us now. So disappointed. I guess cheap happy hour for us but I will never ever set foot inside of the restaurant again. If I could give them no stars I would.

Recently was here for my birthday. Made reservations 3 weeks ahead. Called 2 days before to update our number from 15-21. Talked to a hostess on Thursday at 4 pm. Said “no problem”. Turns out she didn’t update anything. Arrived for my dinner and was told my reservation is for 15 and if I wanted 21 I had to wait for tables to open or paid $50 for the private room. I said no to both- so we were out outside. This was 5 pm. Was sat outside around 530. Server was good got drinks, took order by 545. 645 and still no food in sight. I looked around and no tables were eating. I asked the server how much longer and the answer was “any minute”. My family started to leave. It was 60 degrees and getting colder with no heaters anywhere. At 7, enough was enough. I asked my entire family if they wanted to leave. They were all freezing and said yes. Then my niece tells me her water cup had a bug in it. The server replaced it with a cup with lipstick on it. I mean this is out of a horror movie or a restaurant impossible episode. We had enough so I tell the “manager” aka a different server we would like to cancel our food. She just says “ok I’ll do that bye”. We all left freezing and starving. Happy birthday to me. I cried as soon as I got home. I have never had an experience like this before-here or anywhere. Do not go to this location. My family and I (who know the owners mind you) will never visit this place again.

We live nearby and have eaten here multiple times. The food is good, and the staff is friendly but the service is usually slow and every time we've ordered from here something has been wrong or missing.

This place is a joke. Arrived around 3:20PM on a Thursday afternoon, literally not one person in the dining room, but the hostess still took a good 5 minutes to seat us. Then we get assigned a nice, but useless male server, which took FOREVER to get our drink order, then comes back and asks us what we ordered again because he was too lazy to write it down. Another 10 min later he finally came back to get our food order. Again, not a single customer in there besides us at this point.Sometimes the wait staff sucks but the food is great, I can deal with that, but nope, NOT THIS PLACE. After waiting another eternity, the "food" finally arrived. This food was disgusting and literally ice cold. Not even lukewarm or anything. Nothing is fresh, tortillas are store bought, mini chimis are frozen, and their famous "papas" were simply instant potatoes from a box. The prices are out of control so I would have expected something somewhat decent, but nope, not here. I highly recommend everyone avoids this place like the plague. Speaking of plague, I'm pretty sure that's what you'll catch by using their filthy restrooms.
