Their food is always super fresh & very hot, & they get cars through the drivethru really quick!! By far this is my favorite location. ?

This is the first canes I did not have to wait 30 minutes maybe this should have alerted me that something being wrong however the food was not prepared/cooked all the way correctly the fries are soggy and not crunchy barely cooked the bread which is supposed to be Texas toast is small usually the bread is one third the size bigger coleslaw has way too much sauce and should have more cabbage

Giving a two star for the food, since it's always stellar. However, the customer service isn't. With thirty people working behind the register, you'd think one of them could wipe the counters down every once in awhile. And they shouldn't get upset with you for asking for wipes to clean it yourself. Guess that's what happens when kids are working with no adult to oversee the operation.

Hot and fresh food with good service! I was greeted in a friendly manner. I ordered the 3 finger combo which came with 3 chicken fingers, french fries, toast, and medium Drink. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! The lobby was a mess when I arrived, but observed 2 people working hard to get the lobby cleaned. This location was super busy, but it was a Friday night. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a hot and tasty meal, with great service!

I'm not the biggest fan of their chicken so I'm a little biased, but what I have to say is unbiased. I requested sweet tea and they gave me unsweet. The fries were soggy with little inspiration. Can you imagine eating a French fry without a crunch, it's awkward. Albeit, it filled my belly but I probably will never eat canes again. I calls it the water chicken. How do they give the illusion of black pepper of the coat of the chicken but it lack flavor and why must it be eaten with the pepper sauce? All in all I'm not a fan of this place I took a chance and I got let down.

Food is always good, but wow the drive through is horribly slow. I always see people backing out and leaving. I mean they make literally 2 or 3 things. What takes so long??? I was in line over 15 minutes several times. I don’t even bother going now u less I’m not in a hurry.

Because of the big crowds, I expected them to be extraordinary. They were not. They were ordinary, the sauce that is supposed to be so amazing seem just to be salty ketchup and mayonnaise. Now, the Kohl's law was quite good. I was impressed by that, but the French fries were crinkle cut frozen tasting like they came from Costco. Nice people, but a disappointing experience based on their reputation. However I am glad they are doing so well in these hard times! #templemastery

The food was excellent - as always - and my Arnold Palmer was perfect. The only complaint I have, and truly it's pretty mild, was that the wait was over 10 minutes in a non peak time via the drive through.

Super tasty but the size of the chicken fingers seems to be getting smaller.3.25.22 Portion size looks better but $14 for one meal is getting pretty expensive.

This location is full of a bunch incompetent high schoolers. Sat in line for 10 min to be given the wrong drink, then wrong food order, and was charged for the wrong order to my bf’s card. was told to sit in the front and wait and took another 10-15 min to get the refund and we had to ask for the correct food to be brought out again. A joke. The “manager” brought out $4 from the register to refund the difference and because he didn’t know what our order was he had to go back in and get more to refund us the proper amount.
