Friendly service. Clean restaurant.The food was exactly what I expected. It was a perfect temperature and served quickly. The macchiato wasn’t overly sweet. Plenty of tables and a good place to do some work while out and about. I look forward to coming back.
Service was slow and food was made poorly. We ordered the muscle builder burger, Thai wrap, Greek bowl and the El Jefe bowl and was not impressed with any of it. Muscle builder burger came with 3 pieces of grilled onion just 3 small pieces, bison was not a high quality bison. Patties tasted like dry hamburger that was just thawed.The Thai wrap mostly tasted of artificial sweetener and the chicken was extremely dry and chewy like it was day old. The bowls were about the same. Food came out unorganized and not timed very well. Most food was cold after waiting for each order to be cooked individually. Not impressed by anymeans.
This is a decent option for a healthy lunch. The food is good if a little bland. The service is usually good, with reasonable wait times. I do not think the value is great at the price point, which is why I do not rate higher. You can build your own bowls with protein and veggies.
I agree the customer service isn’t the best but the food is so good and worth it. I love that all the items are fresh and full of healthy fats and protein to help you eat cleaner and fill you up. I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve ordered from açaí bowls to a cheeseburger. I prefer to order online and pick up. Also sign up for their rewards program!
First time I went to this location was Mother’s Day. I’m in competition prep and wanted to eat out with my children. They proceeded to get my order wrong 3x.The staff seemed very aloof and inconvenienced by making my order right.Today I thought I’d give them a second chance and when calling with questions in regards to ordering / my mobile order, once again the staff was confused, unable to answer questions and seemed very inconvenienced all together by my questions.My overall takeaway from this experience is the protein house is VERY overpriced for what little services they are able to provide. Little to no attention to detail when fulfilling orders.
3 Stars simply for the quality of food.1 Star for the customer service... It didn't exist. The employees were there but not present.1 Star for the Pricing, it is exaggerated for the portions and service.Food was coldFood portions were small... Mostly rice and vegetables. I ordered a Thai Monster it maybe included 6 ounces of steak and chicken combined.$18.73 for this meal before Tax. One bowl.I don't mind spending money on food, it's probably a bad habit of mine. But in this case you definitely do not get what you pay for. There are many other options nearby that are equally healthy and appropriately priced, they also come with quality customer service. This isn't my first time experiencing this at Protein house. I hope they can remedy this quickly. I do enjoy the concept and feel it is necessary for businesses to offer healthy food to the public as it is truly our country's biggest health crisis.
Customer service was great and time to get meal was great. Unfortunately the best part of the actual dishes are the photos of their meals on their online menu. The food was healthy and fresh but the flavor was not there at all. Not sure if it's because they try not to use too much salt but there are plenty of other spices out there. Had heard mixed reviews and have to side with those who say it's an average meal currently. Some adjustments in the flavor would be huge
MEAL PREP HEROS! I have been using this place for over a month now for their meal prep services. Not only is the website super easy to order whatever you want and need, it makes calculating exact meals super easy for the customized diet. Staff and management are also fantastic! I ran into a minor problem with a couple meals and was just calling to let them know about the issue and was by no means upset or looking for a resolve, Michael (manager) swiftly addressed my concerns and was insistent on making sure the mistake was corrected (accidents happen it was not too big of a deal to me that would deter me from still going back) and that I was taken care of! They already had me as a repeat customer but now they have my loyalty going back to them for good to keep my meal preps through this next year of medic school! There is a reason they are busy! The crew is great, the food is fresh and clean, their services are fantastic, their website is top notch, and their customer service is prime!
I just picked up 6 meals, all build your own bowls. I asked for white rice they said they were out, so I asked for brown. I got nothing… I didn’t check the bag because I was on the run and ordered pick up. Awful portions, I had to combine 2-3 bowls for one real meal. I go to the one in Scottsdale and they have never done me like this. Wth guys
Healthy food, a little expensive, but it is a nice place and good service. We were happy with the breakfast burrito and shredded veggie omelette.
