Waste of money, rude staffI normally love potbelly sandwiches but this location is horrible. Staff obviously doesn’t take their job seriously and the portions are very skimpy. I came a THIRD time thinking it would be better but oh boy was I wrong. They messed up my order, and then when they remade it it was barely even 3 tiny pieces of chicken on half of it.
Potbelly Sandwich Shop is a franchise chain that specializes in truly great made-to-order handmade sandwiches for takeout, drive through or dine in. My first experience with potbelly was at their Gilbert location near market square area of Santan. During covid, Potbelly was conscientious but strove to open their stores as safely and quickly as possible to allow customers to get quality sandwiches as needed.My regular order at Potbelly is the signature sandwich called "the Wreck" which is a monstrous and delicious layered meat, veggie and dressing extravaganza. The first thing I love about thier Wreck is that it comes hot. Yes, not a cold lame sandwich- no, this is nicely toasted sandwich loaf with warmed meats and fresh toppings. The Wreck meats are perfect for its lettuce, tomato and peppers drizzled with its awesome italian herbs and oil dressing.Additional to that, they have a number of other custom sandwiches that you should try as well. Plus they have a regular sides of soup which are homemade broths of chicken noode, veggies, and a chowder. All very good.They also offer meals with chips and drinks. But the main point here is that if you love amazing sandwiches, you like the option of having them hot not cold cuts, this is your sandwich shop. Love it.
Great place to get a good sandwich. The folks in here even know me now by my order. It's great. If I had to have only one complaint, for the sake of a balanced review, it's that they closed and furloughed late 2021 and early 2022 for the sake of short staff. I get it, though, and don't hold it against them. Really good place, check it out!
Great Sandwich Shop, I Love Potbelly Subs. But, at this location you have to speak clearly and consisely in order for your order to be made to your satisfaction. You also have to pay attention when they are putting the toppings on your sandwich. They also don't pay attention to what the front of their store looks like. Someone spilled some sort of oil or grease on the sidewalk in front of the store and it is very slippery. It's been there for over 2 weeks now and they still haven't cleaned it up.
Oh my wow! Fabulous sandwiches. I got the skinny wreck, with provolone, buttermilk ranch and all the toppings....and I was not disappointed. Surprisingly filling and mighty tasty. Even grabbed a cookie and it was just as tasty. Highly recommend this toasty sandwich shop!
These guys rock! Our Uber eats driver messed up our order, I called potbelly and one of the employees sent another employee over to deliver our sandwiches! Best customer service ever! Thanks guys sooooo much!
My order is always wrong. They are always out of product. If you use the drive-thru they will ask you to pull forward so you cannot see them make your sandwich. I asked for crispy bacon and hot peppers. Got almost raw bacon and no peppers. Not the first time either. They seem annoyed by working there. The restaurant is always dirty too. Poor customer service and food quality.
Nice options to make your sub they way you like it, looks like they have a nice soup selection so I may come back if I have a craving... but I didn't enjoy the sub toasted, which is the standard way that make them, the ends became too hard and the crust of the bread crumbled all over me.
Pretty good sandwiches. Very nice to have a drive through. Lot easier when you have to eat on the go
Standing in front of shop. It's 928am and door is still locked. Had to call to ask what time they open... the lady that put my sandwich together was very friendly and helpful. The cashier not so much.
