Last time I go there stopped going to sub way do to not having things listed on menu no the second time here and same thing don't offer it if you don't have it

Great tasting subs. Fresh meat sliced right in front of you. Good menu selection and you can customize the sandwich.Platters are also available and and you can order online so it is ready ahead of time.
Horrible customer service. Woman had a nasty attitude and was rude and clearly does not know what their menu says. I stated I wanted everything on my sandwhich when it came to the condiments and vegetables. The posted menu shows all that is included on that and she proceeded to tell me its not that hard for you to pick what you want from here. Once again i stated well i want what the menu shows and than started reading each individual item. She than said ugh so ill just make it how we normally do. That is what I asked for from the get go so i have no clue why she had an attitude and was being rude. The woman at the register also had an attiude. I can not believe after reading the reviews and seeing responses from the buisness customer service is still an issue here. There were also no lids for the medium drinks so my husband asked for a lid and it didn't fit. The bathroom trash is over filled and soap was practically empty. When I went back inside from eating outside to go to the bathroom they were all loud and laughing with their conversations so they clearly weren't busy. I have no clue why the bathroom was not cleaned and stocked properly if they weren't busy. This is our first time here and last time here.
Was working next door for the day and thought I would have lunch here, but the place never even opened. They were still closed when I left at 3, with no notice on the door, or anything. What gives?
Do not order online. You will be served last to all the walk-ins. Food is fine, but they need to learn how to prioritize orders. Order ahead and took 40 minutes to get order. Walk-ins were served immediately.
If I could give this location ZERO STARS, I would! Their employees are wearing gloves then touching their face, their masks, their hats & then TOUCHING GUESTS' FOOD. It was disgusting.Their bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months... That should have been the first sign to GET OUT OF THERE!Never will I be back. I am absolutely disgusted.
I love Port of Subs but sadly this location was closed at 11:30 on a Wednesday. Employee at the register and in the office. As I was walking back to my car another person walked up to the door and walked away dissatisfied. Before I left an employee put a handwritten sign on the door that said closed. Very disappointed.
They supported local police without provocation and have always been nice with my kids. We love this location and will keep coming back.
