My husband just got home from this Popeyes location and they completely screwed up our order. I tried to call to speak to someone and nobody answers. Very frustrated right now. With prices being so high and then not getting our food is unacceptable!
Finally tried their Spicy Chicken sandwich. What was all the fuss about this just okay sandwich. Had better every place else, especially for the price. Chikl filet is #1.
went to popeyes at 9:55 at night july 10th and still had amazing and quick service. love that popeyes has the best military discount! staff was so great they ended up giving us alot of few extra sides and biscuits! love these guys!
I love their chicken sandwich. I got a a side of mac & cheese, and I could tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. The top was baked in pretty good. The mac and cheese was only ok, but the chicken sandwich was great. Friendly staff.
The chicken sandwich has gotten way smaller, its half bread. also I ordered 3 but got chraged for 3. The price was 9 dollars and some change, so them adding another sandwitch becuase they didn't hear me, would have been way over priced.
Husband ordered the shrimp tackle box that came with a drink and one side. Got charged 50 cents more for the Mac & cheese. Manager said it was an UPCHARGE!FRICKIN CRAZY!
Mixed up our order but I checked the bag BEFORE exiting the drive thru. They wanted me to pull to the front come inside to fix it. I said NO WAY. I will wait right here So fix it and I will move my car.. Finally they brought us another bag with missing items.
Enjoyed their tenders and frys.Mac 'n cheese was burnt, but what ev'.It's all good. We love us some Popeyes.
Food is standard for Popeyes. I will not support this particular location because the manager/supervisor of that store on 2/21/22 who acted very unprofessionally towards an employee. He did not treat her with respect and reprimanded her in the dining room regarding an incident with an order. He did not need to publicly humiliate her with the patrons seeing and hearing what is happening and resulted with her bursting in tears and told by him her shift is getting cut short and to immediately go home. Show some dignity and respect towards your subordinates! That was unnecessary and rude.DO NOT SUPPORT THIS RESTAURANT THAT HAVE SUPERVISORS THAT DISPLAY THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOR!!!!
Maybe it’s just new employees working here that don’t care for customer service.You better inspect your food before you leave, our food had missing items and the chicken was not that good.I would recommend NEVER ?? go here
