Pizza Hut is GARBAGE pizza in my opinion. Let's face it, it's fast food, not real pizza, and it's way overpriced. You can get a real pizza for less from Venezia's or Lou Malnatti's which are within throwing distance of this location. Friends don't let friends eat Pizza Hut.
Placed an order by phone delivery and said it would be about 30 minutes. After almost an hour my order still wasn’t here and no one had tried to call for any reason it couldn’t be delivered. I tried calling the store at 11pm (says open till midnight) and the operator was saying the store is now closed. My debit card was charged and i was unable to get in contact with anyone from the store regarding my order! This is very frustrating because i got charged and haven’t gotten my food!
If I could put a 0 I would. There was nothing wrong with my order because I never received my order.Google hours say open to 12am.Placed order at 9:35pm and it accepted said estimated delivery 10:35pm.After waiting until 11:15pm drove to store to see sign that says Sorry for the inconvenience but store closed due to employees.Why accept my order and charge my card for it?Didn't even receive a courtesy call saying hey we going to have to cancel.Last time this establishment gets any business.Chain needs to do better.
I had ordered a pizza online around 10:30 at night. I made sure they were still open before I ordered. It showed they were open till 1 AM. My order was successfully made. I got an email and text confirming it. The text had a link so I could track my order. I check it and it said they were making my order and that it would be delivered between 32-42 minutes. Great! As it got closer to the time I checked the tracking and it was still being prepared. No problem! It’s a Saturday night. I get it. Finally after about 30 minted after the expected time I tried calling in to see if I could just get an update on my order. It was just a busy tone. I tried again about 5 minutes later, busy tone. I waited about another hour and nothing so I just gave up. I called the next day. The guy that I spoke with informed me that they close at 10 due to short staffing. I completely understand it’s not his fault but why allow orders to come in if the store isn’t open. He told me that my money should go back on my card in a couple of days and that of it doesn’t I can call back then to get it taken care of. Like I put earlier, I understand being short staffed and not having normal hours.. but people shouldn’t be able to order online and get conformation emails saying that my order was successful and being prepped.
The service was fast and polite , but the marinara sauce was bitter/ sour, the crust was bland , and the pineapple was metallic tasting
The breadsticks were very dry/hard, maybe sitting around a while before I placed/received my order

Pizza tasted bad. This is second time pizza wasnt good. I paid extra for pan crust it tasted old, cheese and toppings ,sauce had a weird taste like frozen pizza
