We have been to Picazzo's on several occasions and the food has always been really good. I love when a place provides a fully vegan menu, we are not used to having such a wide selection! I got the chkn parm (because I can't help myself). It definitely will fill a craving or two in the future! The food is a bit pricey, but the quality and portions are good enough to justify it. Love the concept of healthy Italian.
I've been to Picazzo's multiple times now and have had a consistently good experience. My vegan friend loves it because they have an entire vegan menu! It's a great place for us to meet and both enjoy the food. The happy hour prices are reasonable and it's a great place to catch a game without getting noisy like a typical sports bar. The cauliflower crust is crispy and good, worth checking out.

This is a great restaurant offering healthy options for pizza and pasta. We have known this restaurant in Sedona for the longest time. They tell me they've been open in Gilbert for about a year. This location is a not hidden, which is too bad, we wished we would've known about it much earlier. Great pizza and pasta, they have gluten free options. Very tasty and good service.
One of my new favorites! GF's dream place to eat but so good that if you don't have to eat this way you will still love it! Great atmosphere inside and out.
Great ambiance, very cozy, very clean, fresh and modern. Delightful menu selection especially for vegan and gluten free options. A nice change from your standard chain restaurants. Large portion sizes. Reason for only 4 stars is that service is very slow..sloth slow...we should have been in and out in an hour ...maybe a little longer...it was nearly 2 hours and not wait to be seated...that's how long it took to get service, food, no follow through on checking in to see how we were doing or water refreshment.
We want so much to love this place. However wait times are astronomical and unreasonable.I placed an order pickup To-Go and was told 30 minutes for the order.It took me about 20 minutes to arrive and check in for my order, with multiple people also waiting on their orders.I ended up waiting over an hour for my pickup order. So my food of course was cold. As well, because of a kitchen and staff mix up we had to give up on part of our order because we had already waited so long and we’re told increasingly longer wait for one order item.It is essential in the restaurant industry to be as organized as possible, and I can be very understanding about wait times, especially having worked at a restaurant for my years myself. However, this location needs to step up their organization and train their hostesses to be more affirmative and confident when dealing with the kitchen to resolve future issues like we experienced with our order.All in all, our past experiences have been great and food has always exceeded our expectations. This time was such a disappointment however and so will likely not do a pickup order again and instead only dine in on non busy evenings.
After 3 tries at this restaurant, I will not go back. The first try, one person didn't receive their pizza (no special restrictions or additions) until EVERYONE else was done eating. The next 2 times were similar, very poor service. While they did comp the pizza, it's embarrassing to have the waiter ask, how's everything, and say multiple time, Don't know, haven't gotten anything to eat. The topper though is the restaurant was reserved for a rehearsal lunch and 2 weeks out, they said they decided to close on that day. What???? 60 people coming and they close at the last minute.... Nope, not going back!
We really want to love this location! Restaurant is clean and inviting, and service is great. Unfortunately, the food has been a letdown. For the second time, we waited over 15 minutes past our pick-up time for part of our order, only to take home crispy burned pizzas. They got cold as I waited, and we couldn't heat in the oven at home because they were already burned. The wings we waited on all that time were underdone and we had to bake those anyway! We didn't have time to wait on a remake on this large (over $100) holiday order. Sadly we may have to find a new favorite. We pay a lot but can't count on quality food.UPDATE:Manager has reached out and offered to replace part of our meal, which is much appreciated. We are willing to give them another chance as it really is a nice location.
Vegan review: Great place to go with mixed diet friends. Personally wished there were more whole food options and not primarily fake meat dishes. I also would like to see non-daiya cheese as the taste is odd. Overall, very tasty and yes I would visit again although I prefer a place with more Whole Foods.
