Peter Pipers game/play areas continue to get smaller and smaller, and this location is no exception. On that note at least 1/4 of the games were broken in some fashion and they didn't seem to care about putting signs up. Trying to get any sort of help is a joke with them only having one person for the game area that is packed.While we enjoyed spending time with friends and family yesterday, I don't see us coming back to this location.
Horribly understaffed. 50% or more of the tables were left dirty (by rude patrons) but the staff didn't seem to care. Bathrooms were disgusting, overstuffed trash cans and pee-soaked toilet seats. Maybe I should be rating the customers for not reaching their kids proper toilet use? Despite all of this, the food was decent (about what you'd expect from a discount pizza chain), and the kids enjoyed it.

Managing expectations is key here. You don't come because you love their pizza, you come because it's fun and there's stuff to do while you're there.A number of games were broken but still accepting money, so we threw probably 5-10 dollars in the garbage while we were there. Also, not the businesses fault entirely, but they do zero to control anyone in the game area. I had some little girl crawl inside the play area of a game my kids were playing, while they were playing it.Overall we had fun. If the games were fixed, or labeled as broken, and they had one person whose job it was to watch the game area, it would be a 4 star.
This place is appalling - disgusting kids running around. Nothing is stocked by the utensil/drink counter. Pray to god u get lucky and find a CLEAN table. There was only one person cooking in the back. The n*** with the glasses that works there does not have a customer service bone in his body. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place recieves an F from inspection.
We went there tonight and the service of the staff was beyond 5 stars. A staff member accidentally threw our drinks away thinking we had left, and as I was walking back to our table, he immediately went and got us new ones without hesitation. The prize counter staff member was patient with our kids as they made their selections and we were so impressed with how clean the restaurant was. We will definitely be back! Best staff ever!
There's a reason that this is the pizza people pick. Maybe one day kids will realise that the cost to benefit ratio of playing rigged games in exchange for valueless made-in-China trinkets is pretty low. But until then, bring your tokens. Or get some there.
Pizza and wings are delicious. The games are fun and I love the hour card option it lets you play a lot of games and it’s worth it! Wish there was bigger prizes and different games but over great.
Great food and nice staff. I would definitely bring my family! Not over crowded and place is clean. BTW buffet price is $7.69 and drink price is 2.69 but still worth it. Thank you.
