Food was good and hot, customer service was good. The seating area, dinning tables and floor are very dirty
The food is pretty good. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking. The employees discard the iced tea 30 minutes before closing without letting the customers know and then falsely claim that they ran out.

Legit never been to a pei wei before but...sorry this was a fail. The chicken was just...bad. Like obviously frozen, rubbery. Fried rice wasn't good. I know it's not authentic but sadly panda Express whoops this place's a**.

I have not been to Pei Wei in a long time, now I remember why, the teriyaki chicken was horrible! Way to many onions, hardly any rice maybe half a cup, I'm glad I ordered extra sauce because there was not very much in the bowl. I will not go back there!! The taste and how much it cost is not worth it.
I ordered on DoorDash and wasn’t expecting much considering I’m not really a big fan of Chinese food. I ordered the firecracker chicken with cauliflower fried rice and it was amazing!!! I don’t think I’ve ever eaten my food that fast .
I called to place an order because online ordering wouldn't except my peiwei gift card. I waited on hold for a few minutes after the automated system said they were transferring me to an actual human. No one answered so I drove to the restaurant with the phone still on hold hoping to place an order before arriving and reducing my wait time. 23 minutes on hold and still no response and I was at the restaurant so I went in to order. There was a man cleaning the tea dispenser who looked at me walking in and a man in the kitchen. The man cleaning the tea dispenser went in the back ignoring me completely. I had to ask for help several times after minutes of waiting. He was not very polite and he told me the reason I couldn't get through on the phones was because the phones don't work. And he told me online doesn't except gift cards. Personally, I find that hard to believe! There is a place for payments online and one option is GIFTCARD. I will say the food was not bad so that was a plus. Veggie Lo Mein and Veggie fried rice both tasted good but the service was poor ? for this reason I probably will not be returning to this location, customer service matters and his sucked! ?
It's been awhile since we visited here. Few layout changes I noticed right away and for the good. Menu board was nice looking, but do we really need TV screens that nice for a menu? You be the judge. Food still solid tho, freshly made and prepared.
The quality of the food at this location has decreased dramatically over the last year or so. They pass food that is undercooked or overcooked all the time. They don't care about consistency.And somehow, even though I was there while they cooked it, the food tasted as if it was cooked hours ago and then just warmed up.I'll make the drive to another location if it means better tasting food.
