Forced me to go online just to find out what the specials are vs telling me what they are and then I could go online and place the order.. I spent more time resetting my password than placing the order.. I don’t usually order online because I would rather do face to face transactions.
At one point the delivery driver knew me and my staff by name, I ordered from here so often. Then something happened. The cheese and toppings got thinner and tasted funny. Quality went down. I started ordering from other pizza joints… but, as a pizza lover who reveled in the glory days of Papa Johns, I would always try it again in hopes for a good pizza of days past. But last night was the last time. I went easy.., just cheese and pepperoni, I thought “who could mess that up”…. It was the worse pizza I’ve ever had. I don’t even think there was any cheese on it. It tasted terrible. As I sulked and tried to stomach the worst pizza I’ve ever had, I reminisced about when Papa Johns produced a great reliable pizza. In this instance of desperation, It was late night and one of the few places open… but next time, I would rather just starve until breakfast. My wife came downstairs , also starving from a long day and getting our daughter to sleep, and grabbed a slice… took a bite … dropped the rest of the slice and went to bed. We had a huge breakfast the next morning. Do yourself and your taste buds a favor… go anywhere else but here, or wait until breakfast…
Would give 0 stars if possible. Really bad service. We waited over an hour and half even tho the app said it would take an hour. We tried to call in to cancel the order but the line just kept ringing and ringing. Once we got the pizza you could tell just by looking at it that it had been sitting for a very long time. Cold/hard pizza was what was delivered. I wish I would have looked at the reviews on here before ordering. Will not be ordering from this location again.
Horrible customer service. I tried to place an order for scheduled delivery time, which I specifically stated at the start of the call. The worker placed it for right away and while I was on hold for him to fix that, he hung up. I called back right away but since he already placed the order it couldn’t be changed. Very disappointed and will NOT order from here again. I only ordered one pizza, the least they could do is make another pizza for my scheduled time and keep the other one.
My order was late, even though it was a 2 hour wait. I had ordered double mushrooms, and barely had any. The picture shows a couple of pieces missing. I was hungry, but the pieces in the picture look just like the ones I had eaten. I had also ordered pineapple and Canadian Bacon on it. Spent 27 dollars on two with a coupon. I never would have ordered without the coupon.
Ordered the new new York pizza. It did not look like one. NY pizza has 8 slices this had more than 11. Very disappointing!!
I just picked up a pizza from this location and the extras ordered were not inside the pizza box. When I asked the clerk working the register for them she went to retrieve the extra garlic butter and peppperoncini's. They had the audacity to pick up the pepperoncin's with their bare hands and hand them to the clerk helping me with her bare hands and expected me to allow them to out them in the pizza box. How unprofessional an unsanitary that is. Won't ever be going back to Papa John's!!!! I walked out with no pepperoncin's that I paid for.
They remade my order to make it great without me asking. I appreciate the customer service for sure!
Great workers , they take time to show you how they make your pizza. The kids loved it.
Ordered two XL original crust. Pizzas were thin and very brown on edges. Wasn't the same quality or taste. Called and spoke to the manager. He said hello, but did not identify himself. He said they ran out of XL crust and were rolling their large crusts into XL pizzas. He said they were getting a delivery tonight and if we ordered again tomorrow they'd be right. Seriously? Let me order TWICE for the correct items! Unbelievable! Barros it is!
