Almost perfect. Yeah, I order a 'plate for here', and get it in foam and in a bag. I kinda wish they had just handed me the foam, ok. Truthfully though, I could only mostly understand the questions, and my hearing isn't great, it's just busy sometimes. But, but, the food is great as always, I'll keep coming back.
great experience overall, except for Katie. very unhelpful, and wouldn't let me address her by anything other than her gamertag. very cold and insensitive, as asians usually are. I recommend she gets demoted to night janitor IMMEDIATELY. In conclusion, 10/10, except for Katie, 0/10.
The sweet fire chicken is my new addiction, the staff is kind and helpful, bathrooms are clean, food always seems to be hot and fresh everytime I get to visit.
The lady behind the counter was super nice, even though she was alone.
Orange chicken tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Super dry and not very yummy
bro I come here at least 3 times a week and it's always amazing my favorite employee is Bryson he should be a manager tbh and get a fat raise. one time I said my food was cold and he rubbed his hands in it to warm it up. very delicious and salty. recommend going with friends so you can cuddle in the bathrooms because they are very cold
I came in on a busy Friday night, the line was out the door and the only visible employee was Brighton somehow juggling dishes, chow mein, and checking out customers at basically the same time. Looked like a scene straight out of the Flash. Would recommend.
Always the same story. Only one person making one order at a time. 3 people takes 30 minutes.... not acceptable! Terrible place and management... just a complete waste of time!
Teriyaki chicken was bone dry, and when I came back to the restaurant to ask it be remade, manager turned me away and said that was intentional, and then ignored my request for chopsticks.
The food was fine, but the chow mein tasted burnt even early on the day
