Employees are always polite to me and drive through is really fast when there aren’t many cars ahead so I’m satisfied, and food is always good, keep up the good work ?
We don't go here often but kiddos asked for it. We ordered online and pick them up. We usually check our food cause we've been burned several times where you get home and your order is not what you get. We'll, that's what happened this time! We ordered Beijing Beef but we got Beef and Broccoli as you can see in our receipt. We're 15 mins away so driving to go back would have been 30mins. We just charge it to experience but making sure to always check food when picking up.

I ordered a bowl and a small drink through the drive through. After the cashier charged me I looked at the receipt and he charged a plate and no drink. So I asked him to change it to what I ordered. He talked to the manager and told me his manager said it’s cheaper to order a plate and drink than a bowl and a drink. What?? I said ok no biggie but kept the receipt. Next day I ordered a bowl and small drink and it was cheaper (obviously). I have no problem if they make a mistake but to blatantly lie to your customers is crossing the line. Lucky for me there are many restaurants around that area. I won’t be coming back.
3/24/22 3:45 pm waited to be helped for like 15 mins. Heave lady at the register is very rude she was doing other things and kept me waiting. I was the only person in the whole restaurant. I asked her if I was goin to be helped and she started arguing she was the only one at the front blah blah. I just stayed quiet and she proceded to talk bad about me in spanish. Well guess what I am very fluent in spanish! I usually come to the drive through after my kids school but I wont be coning anymore. Then someone else came and they were helped immediately I don't understand why they do that
I am super disappointed with this location. We got to the drive through a little before 9 and they didn’t have anything to serve except orange chicken and white rice. For a place that still is to be open for business until 9:30pm, this was horrible service. Either serve completely or change your hours of operation.
Food hot and fresh, but out of a few choices including tea at about 8:15 at night.Staff apologetic, and I know times are tuff, but disappointing.
Very VERY inconsistent on the quality. More than most Panda Express locations.Staff is always short, bordering rude and gives you a hard time for requesting ANY condiments.Doesn't matter if you go in or drive thru, it's always the same. It's an inconvenience to have to work, and even though I am spending $10 on a basic plate of fast Chinese food, getting more than one $.03 packet of sauce is a struggle.If there was another location near me I would go there instead I really hope they bring in some new management soon. I have complained to management as well but they just look at me like I'm stupid.
Went through the drive- thru assuming it would be faster because I wouldn't have to get out of the car as I'm on my lunch break. They told me to park out front in the parking lot and I waited for over 10 minutes for a bowl with orange chicken and chow mein (both were just made so they were full bowls). After waiting 10 minutes I walked inside to find out what's taking so long and they hadn't even started making my food. This is completely unacceptable at any "fast" food place as there was literally 1 customer in the store when I went in. Purely lazy staff. Picture so people know I'm not making things up about no one in the store.EDIT- They also forgot to give me soy sauce after I asked for it twice.
This location is close to my house, so we've gone here a few times. It's truly a disappointment, the first time I order a plate with beef broccoli and there wasn't one piece of beef all broccoli. The second time they got my order wrong and now the third time I've order mushroom chicken and I got mushrooms and zucchini but no chicken. If I can recommend anything about this location, it's to avoid and drive to a different location. Hopefully they'll get it right.
