The chicken it was too salty the rice it was uncooked Not fried at all it was just plain rice With soy sauce?
I come to this panda express because it's the closest one to me. Whenever possible, I avoid this place for only one reason: portion of food! This happened again: I ordered 2 panda bowls tonight. I don't check food before I leave the store. But after driving home with food, I opened up the lids and find that the lids were super clean. In fact, no portion of the food touched the lids; the portion of the food was literally 1/2 inch under the brim. It was just enough for my son...2 bowls!Seriously stingy! With $8, you can get satisfied eating at other locations or restaurants. I do think it's the management, not the employees.
2nd time this week I've ordered kung pao chicken. Both times, the Chicken wasn't eatable. Whoever is cooking needs to learn how to cut up the meat and discard the fat and gristle.Disgusting!! What did you think the customers wouldn't notice that?

Lately they have been serving burned food. The quality of this store has gone pretty down hill.
I am a delivery driver- they treated me like less of a person like my order was not important just because they were busy (around dinnertime) this store is run by a bunch of immature kids and young adults at night

Ordered online at 11am for 5:30pm. The system is great, it doesn't let them know there is an order until just before the pickup time. So your food is hot! Great service, clean location.
What can I say, my daughter loves this place. It is just like you may remember from the mall. She enjoys the orange chicken and the cream cheese rangoons. It definitely brings back memories of eating this in the mall food court. Food is priced right and the selection is able to pull something for everyone.
