Japanese pan noodles with steak! (I did zoodles for a low cal option) YUM! get it, you won't regret it. Also, I had a little snafu with the rewards app on a previous experience and I got a personal call from the GM to fix it!? Who does that anymore! I could not be more impressed with the management here (Thank you Jose!)and the food is amazing!
We really wanted to love this place. Got 3 different entrees and we passed them around to each other. Couldn’t finish any of them. Noodles were way over cooked. The chicken was dry and tough. The beef was flavorless super chewy. The sauce for each dish was straight out of a Great Value bottle. The service and staff were A+ 5 star.
The actual noodles were good. Wish they had more sauces and combinations. Some ramen would have been nice. First time to the chain and the order was correct, they were friendly, and pickup was prompt and easy. One star off for limited selection.
My friend Raves about this place so I took my family of 6 to eat there the other night. It was FANTASTIC!! Two of my kids are picky eaters but even they loved it. It was busy so that should tell you something.Staff was great despite being obviously short staffed. The gal in front was super nice and helpful. Her name was Avere. She handled the crowd with a great attitude and smile. My husband told her if she ever wants a job at his company he’s gladly hire her.We will defiantly be back !! Thank you to your staff…
of course they messed up my order. i literally confirmed my order with them so many different times to make sure they gave mespaghetti noodles and they still gave me penne. i literally asked, you put it in as spaghetti noodles right? probably like 3 times and the girl was being kinda rude too anyways ? i love noodles when they actually get my order right. but idk super disappointed when i took my to go order home ? also there is like no sauce on here. i love noodles but this particular location just ain't it
The food is good, but the service is lacking. I waited for over 40 minutes for an online pickup order. Yet the website said the order would he ready in 10 minutes. If it's going to take longer, that's fine, but dadjust your wait times so people aren't sitting around for a half hour with no updates.
Food is always good, I really like the zucchini noodles and the different carb cutting options. Staff is friendly, place is clean.
Had lunch there yesterday. Unfortunately the meal of noodles and shrimp was dry. I had to go up to the counted to request more sauce. The soup was delicious.
I'm disappointed in the company's decision overall to change the pesto... I'm dairy intolerant. You used to be able to order the pesto without the cream they add to it.A staff member called me after I placed an online order to inform me that "you unfortunately can't order without cream anymore because we've changed the way we make the sauce." The pesto is pre combined with skim milk and cream now!? So disappointed as a dairy intolerant patron to have yet another item off limits. Despite this change to the menu, I am grateful to the staff member who called promptly to inform me - and being given the option to pick a different sauce. 4 stars because the dishes are great but I wish there were more dairy-free options on the menu, lots of people suffer from this sensitivity.
Couldn't dine-in at this location due to being short-staffed. So I had to order online and wait in the car. Order status online said "ready" after 15 minutes but it most definitely was not. Waited another 15 minutes and finally got my order. The food was mostly good. Had the tortelloni in garlic cream sauce and added some chicken. The pasta and sauce was good but the chicken wasn't the best quality. Would've been nice to have some garlic bread but didn't seem to be an available option. I did order a side salad which wasn't bad but couldn't have been smaller. Overall, my first experience there wasn't great but the pasta was pretty good. I may try them again.
