Not pleased with this location at all. 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and my order still isn’t available. I noticed I wasn’t greeted when I walked in! Though I did notice that other races were greeted! I noticed a lot of sidebar conversations instead of actually getting my order completed! I have a busy schedule and this is why I select pick up ahead of time so that I don’t have to sit and wait! Highly disappointed! One of the girls turned her nose up at me as I greeted her. It took 30 minutes to sit and wait and receive my order! I ordered 1 32 oz smoothie. Other locations are much more professional! Please get new employees. Last but not least after waiting all that time I had chunks of fruit not even properly blended in my smoothie. Talk about highly upset
Extremely poor service. Employees treated me like a burden to their day. Extremely long wait for very small order. No apology or concern. Owner needs to clean out the poor employees - they are truly hurting business.
Wow, waited 25mins for 2 bowls today. Totally not worth the wait. The girls were talking and in no rush. I hate the tip before getting your food these places have. You tip for good service, it isn't automatic. So you make me wait 25 mins when there's barely any customers, you Don't Get a Tip.
I love nekter for the fresh juice and smoothies. I have a place near my home that I always go to. I was miles away from home so decided to stop in for my usual smoothie. I was very disappointed with this location, they did not blend my smoothie only pulsed it. It had whole chunks of banana and I couldn’t swallow it because it had huge pieces of kale/spinach. Also, waited over 25 minutes for my smoothie. Completely unacceptable, avoid this location. Go to one on power and 202 worth the drive.
I think the manager needs to step in and train on customer service. The girl working turned us away and another customer before us stating “just so you know it’s going to be a 30-40 min wait because we have a lot of online orders to fulfill through the app” 1. You should never turn away customers and 2. Walk in customers who take the time to drive to your location should be taken care of in between online orders. Very disappointed as i am a weekly customer and now I’d rather drive to a different location who appreciates my business.
Very disappointing, my very first time attending here and not only did I have to wait 20 mins for 2 smoothies, didn’t look as busy but we received one melted. we went up to the counter just to find out one of our smoothies was waiting on the counter, semi melted while the other was in the fridge. When the girl handed us our smoothies she didn’t know what to say, that’s how confused and lost she was. I will try it again but not at this location, ever.
I was charged three times for one drink. Tried calling to get reimbursed a couple times with no luck. Ended up giving up because getting in touch was such a hassle. Would not recommend letting them manually enter your card info.
I went here yesterday (1:30PM...not busy) and there was one person waiting in line before me. I waited over 30 minutes to get my acai bowl. And prior to getting served, a woman who came in after me, demanded for hers before mine because she had to get back to work. She got served first. No one seemed to be doing their job. Two more workers came in from a lunch break (or to start their shift) and everyone just started conversing, not attending to the orders. When I demanded a refund...that's when everyone started working and got to my order. What happened to customer service? I would have someone timing the line and making sure they are getting orders out. I would make sure there is someone experienced to run this place. These girls were not on top of things. When I paid, I left a generous tip. it was not deserved. I will not go to this location again.
Great location with friendly staff. Always clean and well lit location and provides great customer service!
I’ve been coming back. The juice is great. The staff is even better!This morning I made a critical error. The door of this location faces east into the morning sun. As I departed with my Greenie juice, I attempted to get my sunglasses on. My giggling skill were not up to the task and my just squeezed drink fell to the ground. Ugh!I went back inside to order a replacement. The staff were already making a new juice blend for me! And, provided it to me at no charge.They have won my loyalty!
