Food is really good. Have ordered from online delivery services several times. Only complaint that I have is that they follow the ingredients that are posted online. Ordered the beef mushu and did not get the cabbage and celery in the dish as it states. I did receive a ton of mushrooms, which are not an ingredient listed on this dish. Only problem with that is that my wife is deathly allergic to mushrooms and we always share our food. I do not like mushrooms and will avoid them due to my dislike, as well as the fact that I would really appreciate my wife not dying!! This is why I ordered the dish I did, like I always do. Ingredients missing and adding ingredients that are not listed on the menu really makes me question whether I can take the chance to order from here again. If you have no allergies to food, the food is great. Just don’t expect the menu to be accurate.
First I have to complement the service, you guys were amazing! So friendly and attentive. The environment was clean, with open space that felt relaxed. The beef LoMein was terrific, great noodle texture, and the beef was tender and full of flavor. The Orange Chicken was garnished with a slice of orange. the chicken was juicy, and the breading was crispy under a generous coating of sauce. The orange sauce had just a touch of heat, a perfect compliment to the dish. We also had a spring roll. It was a perfect for a vegi roll. Crispy and hot. The orange sauce was a higher quality orange sauce than most restaurants. Definitely delicious and definitely coming back.
This restaurant made a great first impression! The staff are extremely friendly and service was phenomenal. This is the best Chinese food that I have had in a long time. The food is very flavorful and large portions! It was so good we came back the next night to try another dish! Also, the homemade chicken egg rolls are amazing!Give Mr Rice a try, your taste buds will thank you!
Ate here for the first and last time on 5/1 I hardly ate anything because something tasted off. About 6 hours later I was vomiting non stop which did not stop for 3 days. I was rushed to the emergency room where I was told I have viral gastroenteritis and this is how you get it “ But in many cases the virus is passed when someone with a virus handles food you eat without washing his or her hands after using the toilet.” so these employees are touching your food without washing their hands after being in the restroom. Completely disgusting and sad that grown adults still don’t wash their hands. This complete negligence has caused me thousands of dollars in medical bills and forced missed work because still 12 days later I am unable to go a full 8 hour shift without throwing up. I now have medical issues that has been directly caused from this and will be ongoing for some time. This is the most sick I’ve ever been in my life not just from eating somewhere disgusting. I warn everyone about this place and if you eat here I hope they wash their hands before touching your food. Good luck.
I love this place! The food is to tasty and just feels like high quality. We have tried the orange, lemon, general tso, and sesame chicken and they were all delicious! I think my favs are the lemon (so fresh) and general tso (the spiciness and flavor was perfect) we also love their crab Rangoons as well as their chicken friend rice. Highly recommend!
First time here, has some seating but looks like the gear well to takeout. Waited less than 15 after ordering but should call ahead if you have time. I tried the orange chicken, their most popular dish. It was still warm after getting it home, had a good crunch to the batter and just a hint of heat for a dish considered spicy. I do wonder if I can ask for additional heat. The meal was a bit one note so I recommend trying a spike or side to mix it up a bit. I enjoyed it and will go back and try a few other things on the menu.
Such delicious food! Wow! It's completely worth the outrageous wait (if you go and happen to order after 6pm..They currently don't have the option to dine in. Only Take out due to it being so short staffed). Friendly service. Again, the food is SO TASTY. We had a good experience at this place. Fresh food and good service. It apparently opened up recently and is having some great reviews, completely justified. Even with them being backed up with orders, the service was timely.
Saw it posted on Gilbert Fb page & decided to give it a shot!! OMG the food was delish, atmosphere was clean and modern and the manager was extremely friendly. Due to the overwhelming Fb posts, they were slammed. I know I saw over 1200 likes and 900 comments on the first day and word of mouth just spread like fire! The house fried rice was the best! We had shrimp egg roll, chicken egg rolls, egg drop soup, chicken lo mein, bbq pork lo mein, house lo mein, house fried rice. Definitely will be a go to spot! Can’t wait to go back, you won’t be disappointed.
Love this new restaurant in town! The food was authentic, very tasty, the family is genuinely kind and appreciative of the patience. Just amazing all around! Hope they can hire the help they need to get the wait times down. It was very obvious that the town wide advertisement of this place through social media has brought in a massive flow of customers. You can clearly see this small family working tirelessly at meeting everyone's demands as timely as possible. I really hope the many people waiting for the service stay patient, it's WELL worth the wait! We will be back, I'm sure becoming regulars in no time! ❤
