I love the food but they never answer the phone. Or sometimes it seems as if they just hang up. My wifes phone is blocked. Not sure why. She asks me to call in. I really wish they would manage this cause I do love their food!
My mom and I went for a lunch at Morenos 05/17/2022. The table was dirty and the waitress actor just thought she didn’t care. When I complained about the salsa having a very bad taste, she looked at me as though I was crazy. I said do you guys not clean the containers you keep your salsa in. She said I will get you another one; then she brought back another one which tasted just as bad. There was sugar in the green salsa. The beans for the chips were so thin it was almost like soap. When I got my mail it appeared to be pretty good. But then when I got home I became violently ill and my stomach was spinning around in circles. I ended up getting sick five times in the toilet and had a terrible headache all night that kept pounding really hard in my temples. I could not drink or eat anything because I felt horribly sick. Watch out for sanitation, they don’t seem to prioritize that!
Had to ask for napkins and silverware and more hot sauce for the meal. Had to go back to a corner where the employees were getting together to shoot the breeze. At the time none of them were out where they could take care of the needs of the customers.
Great salads (their chicken is chunks of white breast meat) and yummy chips, salsa, bean dip and guacamole. Great service, very attentive and nice. So glad they have booths, which I need!
My favorite Mexican food restaurant. Very tasty and very good. Family friendly.
First time at this location. Phenomenal smoking hot food fresh. All salsas, chips and service were amazing. Morenos is on point recommend to anyone. There is a lot of Mexican restaurants but Morenos is one of the best hands down. Hospitality and respectful staff is really noticed here. I will be back.
Worst customer services ever! Literally had the worst experience ever over asking for salsa when I ordered $65 worth of food. The catty receptionist sAid “we’re supposed to charge” and was treating me as if it came from her own paycheck. I don’t mind paying but her attitude is what gets me, people these days have no customer service skills. I won’t ever go back there. Are they going to charge me for napkins next? What’s the difference between giving chips and salsa at the table and giving a couple 2ounce salsas with a large purchase? Ridiculous…
For what it is it's not bad, I had some hit and misses with the things I ordered but mostly satisfied with this place. Staff is friendly and prices are good.
Food was good, they have a jalapeno cream cheese they put in many of their dishes.
Went for Valentines dinner. Asked for a water they brought 1 for the 2 of us to share. We then ordered a beer and she brought us some chips. Then she never came back. As the restaurant filled up she never made eye contact. She took orders from customers that entered 30 minted after us. Eventually we packed up, paid for our beer and left. She asked why we were leaving. I said you never came back. She smiled. She didn’t apologize. Won’t go back. Horrible service with no intent to make it right.
