Although I stood at the pick up counter my name wasn't called when my pizza came up, it was boxed and tossed on a shelf. I had to ask if my order was ready. The lemonade and tea machines were nasty and the drink station was dirty. Pizza was good.
I was surprised that they made my order exactly as I wanted it done. They offer free condiments and I got the anchovies. The quality was top shelf and when we go back to visit my daughter then we will be getting Mod Pizza again. Stop by and make your own pizza pie at Mod Pizza.
For a type of flatbread/pita crust pizza, it was really good! Crunchy browned crust. Not what I'm used to, but was absolutely delicious!I ordered white sauce, mozz, pepperoni, mushrooms and red onion!
It pains me to write and leave a one star review for this mod pizza . On Friday 2-11 my family and I visited only to be met with the worst customer service I have over gotten from a Mod Pizza. Not one MOD team member, but two were condescending and rude. Pizza toppings were not labeled and when placing order we were aggressively yelled at by team members as they were impatient. It was easy to tell they did not want to be there and that they did not care about their job. Called to speak with a supervisor and she didn't seem to care. She tried to give the short staff excuse when there was zero line and an empty restaurant. Lots of good places that care about customers just not this place.
Did not like this pizza, fired pie is better: the staff were not friendly either. How ever their little cake hohos things were really good. The salad gave me stomach problems like I needed to joule idk if the ingredients were not fresh.
This place has great pizza. Love that you can choose whatever toppings without the extra cost.
The pizza was great but the amount of fruit flies and other flying insects in this restaurant is unacceptable. I will be following up with the health department.
This location is wonderful! The staff are always kind and welcoming! The pizza is always perfect and tasty, never burnt or undercooked. Their patio is nice and a perfect spot to chill and play card games with a friend while you eat. It can seem a lil busy during the dinner rush, but they are still really quick!
1/4 times my pizza is made correctly… we continue to get pizza here because it’s one of few restaurant options that are allergen friendly near us, but it is constantly disappointing. Tonight I had no BBQ swirl, which was ordered & written on the paper… it wouldn’t bother me if it was a one time thing, but come on.
Really good experience. My MOD pizza was delicious.
