We use come here a lot and the atmosphere was very positive and you felt welcome. After the last visit Im finding someplace else to spend my money. Just walking in you could feel the negative energy. I felt invisible because the employee acted like noone was in there till we actually ordered. Usually they smile and ask if we have any questions. A face I was familiar with came out and I said hi. She ignored me, last time she was new and acted like my best friend. It's ironic cause a customer came in and they they questioned about why she does not come in much anymore. But when she left they were talking about her and one of the remarks was sometimes she acts like she didnt know them. Thats exactly what they did.
This place does not mind or care about the customer, replacing the tea that only costs few dollars, it’s better than an awful review! Your teas are just ok, & then your customer service and social skills, SUCK!!! Last time I give my business to this establishment! Instagram, snap etc. is next!!!
Delicious drinks! So good, I binged in it for almost a week. Another great thing about this place is the fact that they offer Crystal boba free with certain drinks compared to other places that charge for it.
Got the Peach Smash refresher with crystal boba and it was really quite tasty. The texture was perfect along with having a great sweetness. The place is super cute too!
I love their yoji nectar (mango pomelo sago)! Both the drink and the dessert form are amazing. I think it's also the only place I know of in AZ that has sago, which is a nice change from the common boba toppings around here.
A nice, bright and clean place to go and have a boba. Their Uji Green Tea with cheese foam was amazing. The cheese foam took it to the next level. You can also adjust the sugar level. The Supreme Mango was not my favorite drink. The mango flavor wasn't quite there, maybe underripe or not enough, but the cheese foam made it enjoyable.I liked that they had the Dalgona Squid Game and you can win a free drink.
It's a nice little cafe where you can just chill and hang out with your friends. You guys should definitely check this place out and the jasmine tea is to die for. Customer service is outstanding. I will be coming back to this place again!
The drinks are good but their boba is terrible and it’s the wrong texture with no flavor would never recommend.
Got a fruity tea drink here and it was pretty good. Lots of different drinks to pick from. Clean, spacious and modern atmosphere. Good size drinks. Sweet and refreshing without being too high calorie or overly sweet. Would definitely come back here again.
Had NO idea what I was ordering or what the flavors would be. Tried two different items, Yo Yo Yoji (left pic) and Mondo Mango...Those colorful little balls don't taste like much and have a doughy/gummy texture and the mango juice/puree was not very sweet, nor was the ice-cream in the center. I would not order this dish again. The other one however was quite tasty with a sweet cream/milk, fresh sweet mangos and the purple sticky rice added an interesting texture with no identifiable flavor. I would order this one again.
