AVOID-AVOID-AVOIDMy family have gone to this McDonald's for 8 years and it has descended into absolute trash. We grew up on McDonald's so it's only natural that my spouse's pregnancy cravings would include their items. Yet between the past three times visiting I've waited over an hour for food from the drive through (this is time on reciept to receiving the food) with no special order items. I'm told to pull off in a spot and left to rot. You can try to call them they won't pick up. If some kind soul asks if you're waiting for something you find they've forgotten about you and deliver stone cold food. No trying to make it right. Take the survey, maybe get some help? Nope free buy one get one large fry. There quality has become trash (see other pictures by posters) I didn't take pics as I tried to give them benefit of the doubt. Now this isn't a one off, it's who they are now. Prices are up (a lass poor dollar menu we knew thee well), quality is down (see other reviews for photos), and service is terrible (paid with a middle-aged dude with terribly stained shirt, rest were kids who apparently forgot about my order, and don't even offer to try and at least provide warm food). Few places have earned my ire such as this restaurant. I feel betrayed by an old friend. For those visualists still reading this, think "I trusted you...you were the chosen one". D*** it McDonald's you've failed me, my spouse, and my children for the last time and left no recourse other than this review on the way out.
I originally asked what the smallest size of an item was, and I ordered the size up. I then ordered another item, and the girl over the intercom for the drive-thru totally disregarded it as miscommunication. I do not know if it was me or her, but she seemed annoyed. From then on, it was damage control in the pay window and then the pickup, as they seemed confused about the item that they seemed not to catch onto aside from the main item. This location needs people with better attitudes. How in the world do they get paid more than $15 or $16 hour for awful service. Only two stars since they eventually got the order right.
I ordered two cheeseburgers with no onions and no pickles. I received two cheeseburgers one of them did not even have a patty! And the lady in front of me waited in the Drive-Thru spot number one for her food for 15 minutes and no one brought it out as it was getting cold on the counter. While waiting for my replacement cheeseburger I watched the majority of the crew tell the manager it wasn't their fault.
Let me just say I go to McDonald’s quite often and never before have I been treated so respectfully and politely the staff at this McDonald’s is going above and beyond any other fast food restaurant I’ve ever been too! The food was also perfectly made and quick I wasn’t in line for more than a minute probably before I had my food! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!
Worst customer service experience!! Gave me a happy meal and said have a nice day, but where's the rest of my food? I had to prove my order with my receipt which was never given back to me. Then I finally got the food and they told me to pull aside for my sundae. After 10 minutes, I stood out of my car and asked the girl at the drive thru window what was taking so long. She said sorry, you have to wait for us to mix it and walked away... uh what??? Why the heck did you not say something, I wouldn't have gotten it. After another 5 minutes with a screaming baby in the car I said forget it and left. Forget this place!!!
We came in at 1023 am wanted lunch. They wouldn't take our order. By the time we got to the first pay window it was 1028 and they were suddenly ready to take my order. Then they parked us and served about 6 cars after they parked us including a car they parked after us. Finally my husband went in and they told him it would take a long time for our order. In total we waited 21 minutes for our food. I dontbknow what's going on at this store but I would not recommend going here. They have lost all customer service and quality. I am never going back to this McDonald's I'll drive the 15 min down val vista to the next store.
05-19-2022Even though a coupon wasn't on the app. David the store manger. Gave me my free birthday kids meal.....Just wanted to say. I was never allowed or could afford a happy meal. In my younger years.Now I'm older I can buy a meal anytime. Getting a free kids meal on my birthday. Priceless thanks David manger at McDonald's:)
I am currently here..ordered per my receipt I ordered at 10:16am. It's now 10:33. Simple bac. egg cheese mcgriddle and hasbrown. They are still apparently cooking them. This is ridiculous. Still waiting.Update: finally had gotten the meal. 18min wait for breakfast. Drove to this location cause the one behind us has horrendous service. That in itself is just upsetting. Did the survey on the receipt.
Stopped in for a quiet Saturday morning breakfast. Placed my order, but as I tried to pay for it, I was told they "do not take money". I thought it was a joke so tried to hand my money to the cashier (Cash...ier) and was refused again. I asked for a manager who also insisted that I pay with a credit card. So I found another McDonald's a few miles away and they DO accept money. If I'm going to use a credit card to buy breakfast it will be at a regular restaurant, not fast-food.
Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich with extra mayo and this is what they give me.... There was more mayo on the outside and very bottom of the bun than there was on the actual sandwich itself.
