I can in with my family really late as this was one of the few things opened. We ordered quite a bit of food but they got everything out incredibly fast and everything was hot and fresh. This is my go to McDonald's when the craving hits and they always satisfy.
Fast, consistent, but not so reasonably priced anymore. Shared the extra fries with some homeless people sitting outside.
Play place had super sticky floors. Had to pull forward and wait at the drive through but the main dining room was clean, staff was friendly. This play place is awesome, it’d be 5 stars if I felt like it was even a touch cleaner.
I live right by this McDonald's so I visit it pretty frequently. I'd say 50% of the time there is something really wrong with the order. Tonight, I got a hamburger happy meal and it didn't even have a hamburger patty on it. Last week I got the two fish filets for 5 and the cheese on each one was about 1/4 the size of the promised cheese, and it was like melted around the bun so it wasn't even inside the sandwiches. Both of them. Like someone tore one piece of cheese into four pieces instead of using one piece of cheese per sandwich. Absolutely insane. I hate to have to check my order in front of them every time but I'm just going to have to if I continue to be a customer here.
The Staff was kind a courtesy. The drive thru moved fast. The order was correct and warm.
Worst experience. I ordered a large unsweetened tea. They made a sweet tea. Then asked me to pull forward and wait. I waited 15 min for them to send out a large tea. Sick of waiting, I walked in, the workers were standing in the front laughing/flirting. Ridiculous. It shouldn’t have been that hard!
Well I had a large order and I was asked to go around the side to wait when the young lady brought me my order I read out to her to make sure it was all there she said yes and I said ok thank you so much..Got home and my order of chicken nuggets weren't in the bag so I tried calling there 3 times and I believe it is a fax it rang and rang then a sound of a fax came.. so I'm not happy with the service.
Just when to eat lunch today, and It was so dirty the floor and tables, also the worst of the worst. As I placed an order for a happy meal to go I saw a big cockroach on the counter !!!!!! Where they prep the McCafés and Drinks!!! Never ever again disgusting place!!!!
Food is almost always 100% correct, as opposed to ALWAYS leaving off the extra cheese you paid for, giving you pickles you asked not to be on the burger etc. Also always fresh and prepared recently. Staff is friendly, and service is some of the fastest I've seen from a fast food place. Only McDonald's I'll go to in my area honestly.
Picked up my daughter from school today & decided to stop to get her quick bite to eat & we tried the new Minute Maid strawberry watermelon freezie slushy type drink & it was AWESOME...I highly recommend that everyone try it
