My inferno burrito was very good but my wife's food was only average. The employee was very unfriendly, as if he just did not want us there at all. Neither he nor the other employee smiled once. Either they don't like customers or they don't like their jobs.

Picture this: you're lost and starving in Gilbert. What do you want? Something that hits the spot, something good, something you've been craving all your life? Look no further than this establishment, amigo. Skip downtown Gilbert; Stay on the fringes of it, don't fight the traffic, and be rewarded for being the smart person you are.Legends go here. You're a legend. Treat yourself like one.

I use to visit this place as a kid in the 90’s and then moved. I recently moved back to Gilbert and wanted to try this place again. So good! Great fresh food and great service! And I love the fact they serve menudo everyday of the week. I’ll be back again soon ???

Definitely going back here again. Cabeza tacos were perfect, excellent flavor, not greasy. Menudo had perfect ratio of hominy to tripe. Not greasy and flavor was delicious. The flour tortillas were fresh no weird preservative taste. Only down for me, they were out of lengua....all the more reason to go back again.

I hadn't been to Lulu's Taco Shop in a long time and it did not disappoint. I had the street tacos of tripa and my son had the infierno burrito. My tacos were delish and my son said his burrito was goooooood! When I'm on that side of town I will surely stop by again.

My family and I have been going here for over 30 years. The weekend they have the best menudo.

I love this place! Been coming here for 30 years! It’s one of my go-to Mexican food places. Authentic and delicious food, friendly staff, and clean restaurant. The owners are friendly and down to earth! The prices are a little high but the taste makes up for it! Their horchata and refried beans are bomb! Highly recommend!

I am a lover of good food. The shrimp tacos were okay. There was no seasoning at all. I figure the salsa would make it better. The hot salsa had decent heat but was kind of bland too. ?

This establishment has been in business for a long time and I've eaten there from time to time over the years. It seems as though the food quality and portions have slipped and the prices have gone up. For four people for lunch it was $80. We only had one entree each and one soft drink each. The large chips and salsa was $13! I had Albondiga Soup which was very good, the broth was very tasty and spiced just right. I also had a shredded beef taco which was not so good. The beef was very wet and it tasted almost like it came from a can or a boiled bag. The taco shell almost seemed premade, it was very thin and shattered on the first bite. The others in my party had ceviche, which was very run of the mill. The street tacos were good but very very small. There's also zero customer service. When I was retrieving my drinks from the front counter, I accidentally spilled the Horchata, the cashier simply poured the remainder of my large drink into a smaller cup, they didn't bother to refill it. The two ladies in my party complained that they had to use napkins in the restroom, there was no toilet paper. With the myriad of Mexican Restaurants in the area I won't be coming back. I would not recommend this place.
