The Turkey Pesto and Reuben sandwiches were tasty and cooked just perfectly! I love Kneaders and have visited them in many places! I highly recommend them to take a business client, or your family!

Almost every time I have ordered pick up or been forced to order in the drive thru they inevitably forget something or get it wrong. It’s so frustrating to get home and discover they have messed up your order only to be further frustrated when you call and you get- oh yes….sorry, I see we forgot to include (blah blah-obviously) we can give you a refund or you can drive all the way back up here again. They have delivery option and it’s not thru door dash but the manager who usually does the delivery if there isn’t a driver can’t be bothered to bring the items they forget from your order so don’t even bother asking. Oh and double check that they actually follow thru with the refund in the correct amount. I’ve had them mess that up too. Too bad I can’t give less than one star!

I had initially given this place 5 stars but the service quality has declined very quickly at this location. There has been a change in personnel and that has an intense impact on everything else that comes next. The Kneaders experience is no longer the same, although the intention from higher positions is still the same, the reality is different in the restaurant. The "manager" is notably performing a task because it's her "job" to do but not with a positive reason nor attitude, I do not know what all goes on in her life but I sure hope all is well for her.The employees are new, at least they perform as such and they really need to function better and not just for a paycheck.I doubt I will be returning to Kneaders, at least this location. I have noticed a decline period, but most noticeable at this particular one.

Placed an order online ahead of time so I don't have to deal with the line in store. I like the ease of online ordering and having my food ready when I arrive. This location clearly does not value the time of customers as I placed an order 10 min before arriving at the location, only to have to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food to be ready once I arrived. This wouldnt bother me normally but they had made 4 or more ubereats/doordash orders for people not even in the store, no dasher or uber driver was even there. They put delivery services ahead of in store orders amd direct orders to kneaders. The point of ordering ahead is for my food to be ready or else I'd just order in store. Don't recommend this location if on a time crunch, lunch break, or running late. Come here with 1 hr to spare nothing less.

Probably the most pathetic pastrami sandwich I've ever paid for. French dip was good n filling for my son. It had 3 times the meat to my sandwich.

Update: I emailed over a week ago with no response, so there's that...I am not impressed with Kneaders. The brownie was small and dried out, not worth the price. The sandwich was mostly bread with a small amount of chicken salad. Not worth what I paid for either.

This was an okay visit. We ordered dinner sandwiches and lots of dessert, but at 8pm chairs were turned onto tables and the store felt closed and as if we were bothering them. A large group came in after us and awkwardly squeezed in at a booth because all the chairs were on tables. I felt bad for them. All the high chairs were filthy.

Love kneaders, we've been many times. This visit was Saturday morning around 8:30. They were not busy. We ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches and 5 French Toast. There was hardly any whipped cream with our strawberries for the FT and when I say hardly any, I mean pretty much none. They were kind enough to give us some upon request. We really enjoy their prices, still affordable and enjoyed the service and the atmosphere, but don't scrimp on our whipped cream!

I never write bad reviews, especially when I really love a place. However, the last 3 times that I have went to kneaders here (every time ordering the same sandwich) it has been messed up. Turkey bacon avocado. One time I got a sandwich with a slice of cheese and the wrong type of meat & wrong bread. The past two times nothing on the sandwich besides the meat. It’s so frustrating. I understand that mistakes happen but three times in a row, something’s clearly off.

I have had good experiences with this place in the past, but getting brown, slimy lettuce in my salad today is unacceptable. I'll definitely think twice about returning as this makes me wonder how fresh their ingredients really are.
