First time to pay them a visit, they had an offer when you buy 5 you get 1 free dessert which was great honestly!!As soon as you enter the store you can smell the fresh bakery ? so fresh and yummy!! Had so many options to pick from, staff members was very friendly too and very efficient and quick. So will definitely will pay them another visit and will recommend to friends and family. Thank you
Their Peanut butter cookies are SO damn good! I ate it before I made it home with everyone's dinner haha ? seriously if you haven't tried them you should! The eclairs are good to it's just a bummer that they often taste like freezer burn :(Or a dirty freezer and that sucks. It's a total gamble too because a lot of the time they're yummy.If you get the soup you have to try it in the sourdough bowl! That is definitely the way to go!Well now you have my two cents for all that that's worth lolEnjoy :)
Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. $7 for a sandwich smaller than what I can get at McDonald’s, there’s almost no egg and they forgot the cheese. Then I payed $6 for a tiny smoothie that taste like a gas station slushy. I do not recommend this place unless you like paying overpriced for low quality food.
I ordered the RANCH CAFE SANNDWHICH shows comes with lettuce tomatoes and TURKEY.....it was horrible smelled like cat food and it was not turkey I think chicken and. No lettuce tomatoes were on it... so very disappointing and so gross I had to go somewhere else for food.
Keep hairs out of the food for one thing. Also, maybe have some coffee brewed in the morning.
Delicious sandwiches, soups and desserts. You can shop inside for loaves of bread and cute holiday gifts. Restaurant is a bit pricy, but always good. One complaint, their coffee is lukewarm (in a pumped container) and not very good.
We have frequented this location for years. Unfortunately, our visit this last Thursday really left a bad taste in our mouths. The staff was incredibly rude. They seemed as though they did not enjoy working together. It was the worst customer service we have experienced in a very long time. We are saddened by this as this is where we meet my elderly Mother for lunch. We have decided to try a new place for the time being.
We actually come here quite often. Our Grandson loves the kids grilled cheese meal. Nice pastries, good salads and soups. Do NOT go if you have any time constraints. Service is almost always slower than molasses, even if getting something simple like a bowl of soup or a pastry.
Will not answer the phone when I called to get my order corrected. Waited longer than expected to have an incorrect order. Wanted a refund but not going to sit on hold for over 30 minutes. Pretty expensive sandwiches for this poor of service.
This Kneader’s Bakery and Cafe does not value their customers let alone their repeat customers. If you order delivery from here and they forget something significant from your order, they do not make an effort to send it with another driver because they don’t think about the person who does have their food, they only will return your money or make you use your gas to come pick it up which defeats the purpose of having your food delivered. When I said just refund my money and I won’t do business with you again, the woman said, Great you should receive your refund in 5 to 7 business days. She said Great when I said I won’t do business with them, that shows how little they value their customers.
