The amount of disappointment this place delivers with not just me, but my family members that all go separately on their own time, is just ridiculous. I have a plethora of stories, but I'll just summarize with this: the worst. The worst fast food joint ever. Out of everything, staff doesn't care, staff will purposefully ignore you until you ask for some assistance. Like, make eye contact and dodge you. They are extraordinarily bad that it's not even frustrating anymore, it's just sad. What's even worse? I'm sure no one, say upper management, will even care. "It's just a chicken place" sure, but sadly, a chicken place with no customer service. I might as well eat on the side of the road because this place has the customer service skills of a wet paper towel.
I placed an order on the App for 2 Jack Harlow meals and the chicken was not fresh at all. It was hard, flat and reheated. And you could tell it was reheated a while ago because it was hard!! So disgusting ! The fries were so salty couldn’t eat them! Service was horrible when I picked up my order. The app said it was ready, went in and it was not. I heard one of the guys tell another one to make the order and then he stated he forgot and thought someone else had handled it. Waited like 10mins for my food with cold chicken. Unbelievable!!! I’m also going to reach out to Jack Harlow social media page and let him know I bought his product and was not satisfied because it was cold and not fresh to order. I’m sure Jack Harlow does not eat cold, flat, hard reheated chicken sandwiches!!
Ordered a 14 piece, asked for 10 legs, four thighs. Got 10 thighs and 4 legs. So the people who only like legs didn't get what was ordered. Didn't see til I was already home, and after waiting in the drive through for almost 20 minutes (there were only 2 other cars, and no one in line behind me) last thing I wanted to do on a holiday is drive back and wait again. Not cool.
We liked their round table for families and that they still have family oriented dining where other fast food places don't so much. Came here for my Dads birthday. Fried chicken is on of his favorites.
Went to different location last week and got bowl, was delicious. Ordered delivery tonight from this location. No silverware, no napkins, no dipping sauce for the large popcorn chicken. Side of mashed had very little gravy, same with bowl, 2/3 of both potatoes eaten dry. Bowl also kind of light on chicken, barely any cheese, but worst of all the potatoes had a very strong bitter flavor. How do you get bitterness in potatoes? Only ate it because I was very hungry. Definitely not worth price especially if ordering delivery.
If i could rate this location a 0 I would. Rude employee and bad experience in the drive through. This nice woman at drive through took our order properly then after a boy took over our order and messed it up entirely. He was rude and got the order wrong. All I asked for was for him to get my order right and he was unprofessional about it and stated what do you mean i did get your order right. I asked for a mountain dew not Sierra mist. Will never return to this location.
What a joke. 7pm dinner rush on a Saturday night they were out of extra crispy and chicken breasts! Really? You have 1 job, to make chicken. Never going back here, walked out with nothing.
We ordered a chicken dinner with 2 breasts and a wing for delivery but they gave us 2 thighs and a wing! The time before I ordered ranch dressing but didn't get it. The time before that they didn't give us our other dinner! You're probably wondering why I kept ordering from them. NEVER AGAIN!!
So I get 2 chicken bowl combos, 1 they forgot to add corn, 2 the chicken was old and stale, and 3 if you look at the pic the bowl was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melting!! What???
Waited 1 hour (from the receipt time, not including time in line) for my food. Once I asked for a refund finally, someone else also decided they wanted a refund.The manager then said he was going to give the other customer a refund first because "LaDiEs FiRsT!" No matter she had only been waiting for 10 min. Compared to my over an hour wait. But yeah, perfect timing for random sexism. The staff was busy and I understand technical issues happen (apparently my order never made it to the prompt). . . But why then tell me I have to wait for them to make two other orders then wait 15 min for my order after that. THEN still make me wait for my refund to refund someone else who didn't even speak up until after I asked for a refund and who waited a fraction of the time?
