Love the subs, always quick with my order it's why I love them
My girlfriend and I placed an online order around 5:30pm to this location. Went through as if the store was open. The time for pick up was set to ASAP. As soon as we got there. We found out the store was closed for the night. No idea why the store was closed at 3pm on a Tuesday but it was. Took almost 30 minutes to send a email voiding the original order. Had to find a different shop open past 6pm.
Would not recommend. Very unfriendly staff. Girl at the counter was playing with her nose ring. Arguing me that I didn't put my n the correct phone number for my account. Was the system instead. Very unprofessional. Lady behind us had problems too. Need training on how to treat customers and get some employees that really care about their job.
What is going on here? This is the only JJ that can deliver but they don’t. Only open from 10-3 Monday - Friday. Delivery only on Tuesday and Thursday. What?? You trying to close down? I called JJ corporate number and I was shocked that this was owned by a large franchisee. Well I hope they enjoy the tens of dollars they make a day
Messed up the whole order and all the sandwhichs had 1 small piece of meat on them. Gross!
I was so excited for a Jimmy John’s sandwich. Finally got my spouse to agree to eat here, I made my way there and they are closed. Online, in two different places said they close at 8, I arrived at 7:30 and behold they’re closed …let’s update your hours guys.. unprofessional that you can’t keep your Information updated.

Worst place ever, always has an excuse on why they can’t deliver. Unprofessional, tried to order an order for the last 3 days 2 were before 8 pm today at 3:25 and they still can’t deliver. There is no such thing as “freaky fast”. More like not gonna eat. Not worth the time. Unfortunately used to be my go to but not anymore!
