delivery driver left my order on the ground.. they could have put it on my front porch bench. the day i decide to leave a good tip this happens.
I accidentally ordered a tuna sandwich with white bread, but I wanted wheat bread. Nobody asked what kind of bread I wanted. I asked if I could switch to wheat, and offered to pay the price for the wheat bread so I could scoop the tuna off the white bread to the wheat bread myself,since it was my mistake, and they said no because they wouldn't know how much to charge for the wheat bread alone. I've never had any place just refuse to do that for me, and usually they don't even charge me. I won't mention a name, but the guy had long brown curly hair in a pony tail.
Ordered Jimmy Johns today, ordering process easy as always, but took a whole hour for two sandwiches, sodas, and cookies. Understand at times they can be backed up or busy but an hour for two sandwiches is insane. If we order again we’ll pick it up. Not worth the wait. Better off making your own sandwiches in your own home that takes 30 seconds to make. Stupid.
I frequent this location for lunch and the staff always seems up beat and happy. Food is always made freakishly fast and always correct. Very solid JJ’s location to order your favorite sammich from!

I don't usually like to leave bad reviews because it hurts the overall business but the owner needs to know that he/she has a horrible manager in place. Went in today to buy food for the family and while looking at the menu I asked a simple question in which I was ignored by the cashier and the manager rolled her eyes. I asked again and the cashier said "idk" with a tone like I was bothering her. Everyone has a bad day I get it but then I asked the manager and she rolled her eyes at me for the second time and I then let her know how rude she was acting and took my business elsewhere.
